00:00A necrological service will be held in Camara Bukas tomorrow for the former congressman Albay 1st District Representative Edsel Lagman.
00:08Yesterday in the House plenary session, the congressmen held a resolution for the reunion of the family and friends of the legislators.
00:17That is House Resolution No. 2214, which was approved by the leader of the House, House Speaker Martin Romualdez.
00:25Lagman was depicted in the resolution as a long-time advocate for human rights, champion of reproductive health, and a strong defender of the rule of law.
00:35In his personal address, Speaker Romualdez also described Lagman for his good and firm opposition to various important issues,
00:44such as human rights, democracy, and social justice.
00:48As of now, the pardon in Camara is already half-mast as a sign of Lagman's death.
