00:00In Venezuela, the 12th Extraordinary Summit of ALBA-TCP took place on Monday, and the

00:54And during his opening address, the Venezuelan President highlighted the bloc's need to
00:58demonstrate its protagonist role in the struggle for sovereignty, dignity and equality.
