00:00The founder of the pro-Russian militia group in Ukraine was killed after an explosion occurred in a high-end residential complex in Moscow.

00:10According to Russian state media, Armen Sarkissian was rushed to the hospital, but was also brought back to life.

00:17Sarkissian, also known as Armen Gorlovsky, is the founder of the separatist Arbat Battalion.

00:24According to Ukraine, he is one of the criminal masterminds who led prisons in Russia and the occupied territories.

00:33The El Salvador government has prepared the inmates from America.
