00:04The gunman said he was shot in the chest even though he was just in front of the barangay's uniformed officials.

00:18It seemed like it was just a normal morning in Barangay 187, Tala, North Caloocan on January 24.

00:25Later, the residents were shocked by the continuous gunfire.

00:34The people ran for their lives.

00:37The 55-year-old man was shot in the chest in the basketball court of the barangay.

00:43Six bullets hit the victim.

00:47He said he was leaving the court when he was suddenly shot by a man wearing a helmet.

00:53It was just a few seconds while I was leaving.

00:57I saw that the gun was already pointed at me.

01:02I tried to run away from him, but he kept approaching me.

01:05He kept shooting at me.

01:07When it hit my chest, I felt that more bullets were entering my body.

01:11His 12-year-old son witnessed the incident.

01:15Based on the investigation by the police,

01:18the gunmen were riding in tandem behind the barangay's uniformed officials who were continuously shooting.

01:23According to the victim, the barangay's uniformed officials who were at the scene of the incident were also involved in the shooting.

01:30He was known as a critic of several projects in the barangay.

01:34What I know is that the gunman was a hard killer.
