OpenAI’s Sam Altman calls India key player in AI revolution

OpenAI CEO Sam Altman and India's Technology Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw highlighted India's pivotal position in the AI revolution during a conference in New Delhi on February 5, 2025.

"India is an incredibly important market for AI in general, for open AI in particular, it's our second biggest market," said Sam Altman.
