03:22my left arm which is recovering now.

03:34No, we're based out of the Empire Headquarters.
03:39Yeah, very good.
03:41We've got a lot of territory from there.
03:44We had Dobbies yesterday.

03:52No it wasn't.
03:54We had two air ambulances, three land ambulances, five.
03:58They said it was a single vehicle.
04:00Sorry?
04:02I can't see it.
04:04I just assumed it was somebody coming out of Dobbies.
04:09Do you do certain areas?
04:13I stay in Strathclyde.
04:15So are you Strathclyde?
04:17Yeah.

05:21Sorry...
05:22You've got a little baby child now.
05:25Three years old probably.
05:27Only two in about two weeks.
05:29I'll show you pictures.
05:30Oh yes, thank you...
05:32Come along and meet colleagues from
05:34North Bristol Trust who are involved in
05:36the care and treatment at Southmead
05:38Hospital as well as our
05:40colleagues from
05:42the Southwester Ambulance
05:44Foundation Trust and
05:46Great Western Air Ambulance charity.
05:48We feel very privileged to have you come and see us, and I know staff who've talked to you earlier today have been very, very grateful to hear that you've made such a lovely recovery and look so well today, and we're absolutely thrilled and delighted to hear that.
06:08And I think everyone who has been involved in your care has been wishing you well, and so, so grateful that you would take this time to come and personally say thank you to everybody. It means a huge lot to everyone in the NHS, and we're very, very grateful for your time today.
06:27Pleasure. Thank you very much.
06:29I know that you are very, very busy and you have to attend to lots of other things today, so we are particularly delighted that you have spent longer than you'd have been scheduled, and so many of us have had a chance to speak to you.
06:45I've been filling in the blanks, that's the point.
06:47Yes.
06:48So, don't know if there's anything you wanted to say.
06:51Well, I know, as I said, you've been filling in the blanks. I mean, it's partly from my perspective, it's really useful to me that it kind of happened, because I seriously don't have any idea.
07:02And sadly, I don't have huge memories of being in here either, but I just know I was really well looked after, so thank you.
07:08But whatever you did, it seemed to work.
07:12But the example on the recovery has been relatively straightforward, thankfully. That isn't always true, so I'm really grateful.
07:20But I'm also grateful in a weird sort of way that I remember nothing, because that has huge advantages you can just carry on.
07:26And I don't know if there was a perpetrator that managed to do that much damage that I'm not noting on either, so the relationships remain absolutely secure.
07:40Nobody's gone absent as a result of this, because I don't know who did it.
07:46Thank you very much indeed. I think you have more than enough trouble with people.
