00:00considering the performance and how well the boys played, how many chances we created and, I think, how frustrated we made Sheffield United in the 90 minutes.
00:07So, yes, really gutted, I think, the change from Reflex that.
00:11The chances, it just wasn't your day in front of goal?
00:14No, and that's the only criticism I have today.
00:16The only criticism I have of the boys is that we didn't put the ball in the back of the net more, that we weren't clinical enough in some of those moments.
00:22And, yes, we had some really, really good opportunities.
00:24It was constant pressure, particularly in the second half from the Sheffield United goal there.
00:28Yes, we did have the ball in the back of the net, but it was walled offside.
00:32Plenty of other opportunities, but unfortunately, yes, today just wasn't our day.
00:35What do you think in particular you did well?
00:37I thought we pressed excellently.
00:39I thought it was really, really well-executed press from the boys.
00:42And they recognised times when we could go and get a bit more pressure on the ball high up the pitch,
00:49and particularly Matty going in from that right-hand side.
00:51And we recognised times when we just had to drop in and let Sheffield United have the ball.
00:54So, I think you could tell from some of the moans and groans of the Bramall Lane faithful that they were really frustrated.
01:00But I thought it was down to how well the lads were doing out there.
01:03So, I was really pleased with that.
01:04And then I thought we came out of a lot of challenge as well.
01:08We created plenty by doing things really simply, defended the box really well when we had to, because Sheffield United are obviously a very, very good side.
01:15And, yes, there's loads of positives to take.
01:18But just unfortunate that that first attack in the second half, they get the win there.
01:22It felt like that, yes.
01:22It felt like it was such a strange game from that point of view, considering, I suppose, how poor we've been away from home.
01:28But we know this side's capable of doing that because we've seen it time and time again at home and a couple of times away from home.
01:33But, you know, to do it consistently and not drop off, even when Sheffield United made the subs, I thought we were excellent.
01:40So, wave after wave of attack, constant pressure, but we can convert it.
01:44Will it be easy to take the positives from this in the cold light of day?
01:46I think so, yes. It's quite easy to take them now.
01:48I feel very positive about the performance now.
01:50We've been standing here after plenty of away games where the performance hasn't been good enough, the result's been dreadful.
01:54And, you know, we've got what we deserved.
01:56Today, we didn't get what we deserved.
01:58That was a rare one.
01:59So, what we have to do for the last 15 games is play like we did last weekend and play like we did today.
02:03We'll be absolutely fine if we do that.
02:06That's the challenge, to be consistent in those moments.
02:09And we have to try and find that.
02:10Easy decision to stick with the same 11?
02:13There's plenty of competition, I think, for starting places in the side.
02:17But having the week's rest, I think, for the lads, first of all,
02:20and then having the ability to look at the squad and make changes for Tuesday and maybe Saturday,
02:27yes, it was a straight forward one.
02:28It just doesn't quite seem to be going for Colby Bishop in front of goal at the moment?
02:31No, very close to if he had that golden chance, I think, in the first half.
02:36And maybe a couple of others, you know, just very closely.
02:39And obviously, the goal that the linesman ends up putting his flag up for.
02:42So, yes, goals will come for Colby, no problem.
02:46Is Callum Lange OK? That was quite a heavy challenge towards the end.
02:49I thought it was an awful challenge.
02:50One thing I couldn't understand all afternoon was the amount that Sheffield United got away with.
02:53It was absolutely ridiculous.
02:55We were asking the fourth official that you have to referee the game better,
02:58or sorry, the referee has to referee the game better in the first half.
03:01In particular, the amount of times Sheffield United got away without getting booked,
03:04and just allowed them into the game.
03:05And I think it allows players to have confidence to go and do ridiculous tackles like that.
03:09So, potential leg-breaker, he's lucky he's got away with it.
03:11What's the mood like in the dressing room?
03:12Really disappointed, really down.
03:14But we'll pick the boys up by Monday and we'll go again.
03:16And just one, Josh Murphy, because again, he's a really good full-back,
03:19and he's just, at times, walked past him.
03:22Yes, Premier League full-back, probably the best in the league last year.
03:27And I thought Murph was absolutely outstanding.
03:29The only thing missing was that goal.
03:30He hit the bar with constant threat, and yes, that's the only disappointment.
