00:00I will continue to open the question.
00:03When Malaysia became the Asian leader,
00:06how many clusters did it have?
00:09KDN was involved in the safety cluster.
00:11The safety cluster had 10 agendas.
00:14Where did KDN get involved?
00:15Throughout Malaysia becoming the Asian leader,
00:17KDN was involved in the safety cluster.
00:21Okay.
00:23The negotiations with the officials had already started,
00:27whereas the negotiations with the ASEAN Ministers
00:32would have started in September this year,
00:36which we have scheduled in Melaka.
00:38But prior to the negotiations with the Ministers,
00:44there were negotiations with the officials,
00:47where the agenda of their discussions
00:51was what I mentioned earlier.
00:54So, one of our focus
00:58was the cross-border crime.
01:03We usually focus on three aspects.
01:09The first is sharing,
01:12we call it intelligence sharing.
01:15The second is capacity building.
01:19The third is joint operation.
01:23So, in ASEAN,
01:27when we talk about cross-border crime,
01:30we admit that we or any ASEAN member
01:35will not be able to solve it on our own.
01:39We admit that we need joint operation.
01:44There are many forms,
01:46but the most important are the three things I mentioned earlier.
01:48That's the first.
01:51The second is cybercrime.
01:57Fraud on the internet,
02:00and the cybercrime scenario.
02:07That is also related to the previous negotiations.
02:14The last one was with Mr. Umar Niallaus,
02:16who is also a member of KDN Malaysia.
02:20He realized that this type of crime
02:24shows a trend of increasing crime rate.
02:28Not only in Malaysia,
02:32but also globally.
02:35Therefore, the ASEAN meeting in this safety cluster
02:40will not be complete
02:42if this topic is not discussed by ASEAN member states.
02:48Since we have a lot of agenda,
02:51I will divide it into two parts.
02:53I will save the eight parts for the next media session.
