02:24Health and medical advocates demand an immediate and unequivocal public apology to Zendaya

02:30They also demand that De La Rosa be reprimanded by the Senate.
02:33On Sunday, February 9, De La Rosa apologized to Zendaya, saying he was carried away by
02:38his emotion and failed to, quote, see the big picture.
