00:00Well as you guys can see right here are two underwater seismic meters. These are new technology
00:06apparently here in Greece and they're supposed to be in the depth of that water to be able to
00:12give us some measurements of what the next days might look like for this seismic activity. There
00:16are scientists on the ground as well as the military. They're going to be searching, they're
00:20going to be pulling out of the water some more data to see what is going to happen. The one thing
00:25for sure is that overnight there was quite a few tremors up to five actually points which was the
00:31strongest one that we experienced so far on the island but of course after we spoke to some people
00:36some scientists what they did tell us is that one thing is for sure that they cannot say anything
00:40for sure what is going to happen. There's two scenarios either a big earthquake might occur
00:45or things might slow down but they say it's going to take some time. For now these machines are
00:50going to do their job and give us data of what the next days might look like. So we just have
00:55gone on board here with the scientists, a seismologist and a volcanologist. We are going to
01:00head to one of those volcanoes where they're going to do measurements. So you're going to put in those
01:05robots, these new technology apparently that they've been telling us and they're going to
01:10retrieve the ones in the bottom. In the end where I'm showing right now with my finger that's where
01:14we're going to be going that is the volcano. Now they want to see whether the seismic activity
01:20has triggered anything to do the volcano. So we just arrived on the volcano which is across
01:26of the island of Santorini and we're going to be following the scientists and the army
01:33who are going to be conducting some measurements where the craters are. We're going to be following
01:40all the way down there so you guys I'm going to show you. So we are on the highest point
01:46of the volcano which is across the island of Santorini. As you can see the military now is
01:51conducting tests to see what is going to happen, if there's going to be more tremors, how often
01:56they're going to be happening and just to get a better idea to be able to feed it off to the
02:00scientists to know whether this actually has to do with the volcano where we're currently standing on
02:06or it's just tectonic. Well on the one hand they do say that there shouldn't be worries but these
02:11people behind me, the Gurdik military is conducting those tests just to make sure that
02:16they have all data in place to be able to analyze it and give out the right information to the people.
