00:12And for that, we are proposing, we have discussed, and we are going to make it concrete in the

00:18coming weeks, in our desire to deepen that fight, to deepen transparency, which is something

00:25that is irrevocable of our government. Irrevocable, as we have shown, whoever falls, falls.

00:31And in that sense, we are working on a decree to create the National System of Transparency

00:38and Corruption, which allows us to agglutinate and move from the cabinet that we have to a

00:44system of much greater agility, which can coordinate and integrate governmental strategies

00:52in matters of transparency and the fight against corruption.

00:56And for that, we would always count on the advice of the OECD, the organization that

01:01Ms. Milagro mentioned for economic development, which we are also working to incorporate

01:08and which is helping us.

01:10The main objective would be to guarantee efficiency in the execution of public policies

01:14oriented to prevention and fight corruption, with the advice of the OECD, in the culture

01:20of transparency, zero impunity and a regime of consequences.

01:23We have to reach all levels of public administration.

01:27While we can do it at the level of the high ministries, of the high officials, we have

01:34to reach the middle levels, the low levels, where, as our government program said,

01:39honesty becomes fashionable.

01:41Where people can really evaluate, can measure, what is best for them, their families,

01:49them and their families, is to behave with transparency and honesty.
