00:04CCTV footage shows the suspect approaching a Sari-Sari store in Barangay Purok 4.

00:12Later, he was seen running away from the store.
00:17The suspect was able to get the cellphone used by a child in the store.
00:22According to the parents of the child, the suspect introduced himself as a delivery rider
00:27and told the child that he will borrow the cellphone to get the parcel.
00:32When the child went to his parents to tell them that there is a parcel,
00:36that's when the man ran away.
00:38The police were able to identify the suspect
00:42who was also involved in a few other incidents of theft in the area.
