00:00Comelec repeatedly reminds its candidates and supporters not to put campaign materials in public places because it is prohibited.
00:11In the program Mike Abe Live, Comelec spokesperson John Rex Laudianco said that Comelec is removing illegal campaigns or posted materials or unlawful campaign materials.
00:23They will take it and explain it to the candidates as part of the due process.
00:29Even if the reason is not accepted, Comelec may file two administrative cases against the candidate or disqualification or election offense case which is a criminal case.
00:42According to the law, Laudianco said that there is a so-called citizen's arrest or the power of a citizen to arrest a criminal in front of him such as hot buying and others.
00:56So if a criminal commits a crime in front of you and you think that this is what Chairman Garcia is saying,
01:02he can arrest both of you peacefully and safely, then you should do that.
