00:00Today, in Ilocos Norte, the Proclamation Rally of the Alliance for a New Philippines will be held by President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr.

00:15Now, Mico, you can see behind me, this Ilocos Norte is almost boiling.

00:20It's not just for the Alliance for a New Philippines Proclamation Rally.

00:27President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. will be leading the process.

00:34The group of Narayimundo will not miss the 8-hour flight from Isabela.

00:39It will be held at the Proclamation Rally of the Alliance for a New Philippines here in Ilocos Norte.

00:47They have been supporters of the Marcos family for a long time.

00:50So whoever the President will endorse, it's a big thing for them to be a stepping stone for the country's 2025.

00:59We agreed to come here, to attend this eventful rally today.

01:06We want to hear the voices of each country.

01:11Agriculture is now a difficult field for our small farmers.

01:18We need the support of the government for agriculture and education.

01:27President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. will be leading the activity later.

01:32For now, security is tight here in Ilocos Norte Centennial Arena for the Proclamation Rally.

01:40The 12 members of the Alliance, including Congressman Erwin Tulfo and Camille Villar, were also there.

01:48Incumbent Senators Bong Revilla, Francis Tolentino, I.M. Marcos, Pia Cayetano, and Lito Lapid.

01:54Former Senators Panfilo Lacson, Tito Soto, and Manny Pacquiao.

01:58Makati City Mayor Abigail Binay, and former DALG Secretary Benher Abalos.

02:03According to Navotas City Representative Toby Tsianko,

02:06the group is building a campaign manager.

02:08This is not just a campaign launch,

02:10but a confirmation of the promise of the administration for a transformative leadership.

02:16The Senate slate of the administration aims to continue the message of unity and progress

02:22when they are challenged in the upcoming election.

02:26For now, there are people performing here at the stage where the Proclamation Rally will be held

02:34of the Alliance for a New Philippines.
