00:00The One X is the new flagship product of HTC.
00:16In terms of specs, the HTC One X is a beast.
00:19It has a giant 4.7-inch HD Super LCD two-screen, a new quad-core Tegra 3 processor running
00:26at 1.5GHz speed, 1GB of RAM, 8MB camera, and 32GB of storage capacity.
00:32The 4.7-inch screen has a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixel capacitive display.
00:38The phone is made of polycarbonate body with a nicely textured matte finish.
00:43The volume rocker is on the right side, while the micro-SIM tray is now carved into the
00:48unibody.
00:49You will need a metal pin to access it at the top of the back.
00:52On the left edge, there is a micro-USB port, while the headphone socket and power button
00:58are both found on the top.
00:59The main disadvantage is that it does not have an expandable microSD slot.
01:04It runs on the latest Android Ice Cream Sandwich along with HTC Sense 4, a lighter version
01:09of the company's earlier user interface.
01:12There are seven home screens you can customize and swipe between.
01:15One nice feature on One X is the car mode, which displays a beautiful landscape home
01:19screen with large icons for easy access while behind the wheel.
01:23This includes the free Google Maps navigation, as well as icons for making calls, streaming
01:29internet radio, and calling up music tracks stored on the phone.
01:33The Music Hub includes a link to 7Digital's mp3 store, which offers songs for a price.
01:39The Watch Hub points you to a video store with films to rent or buy, but right now Watch
01:45Hub is not available in the region.
01:46The 8-megapixel autofocus camera is pretty special.
01:49It features a LED flash with face detection and geo-tagging.
01:54Photos were sharp, detailed, and vibrant.
01:56One cool feature is that you can take continuous photos of an event.
02:00Even during video recording, you can take continuous photos.
02:03There is also a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera that is useful for video chats and
02:08self-portraits.
02:09Recorded videos look sharp and colorful right up to 1080 pixels.
02:14HTC One X gives users access to bonus 25GB of Dropbox storage free for 2 years.
02:20The One X battery managed 6 hours of continuous video playback.
02:24I got 12 plus hours of moderate use by checking emails, social networks, making few calls,
02:30sending some messages, taking few pictures, and downloading few apps.
02:34HTC One X is priced at $2499.
