08:36Jimmy Bondoc, former Secretary Alan Capuyan, JV Hinlo, and Raul Lambino are also participating in this event.

08:48Senator Ronald Bato de la Rosa is also participating in the Proclamation Rally.
08:54He went to the Diocese of Cabao as a kick-off of his campaign.
