Petro Gazz picks up 7th straight win at PVL All Filipino

The secret to Petro Gazz’s 7-game winning spree? Donuts. The Petro Gazz Angels were all fired up after winning seven consecutive games in the Premier Volleyball League (PVL) 2024-25 All Filipino Conference. With different teams having their own quirks and cultures, a sweet treat like donuts could be a real game-changer. Coming from a different culture, Japanese head coach Koji Tsuzurabara was strict in terms of the diet of his players, but his new pre-game approach resulted in a fiery start for his team. Petro Gazz got its seventh consecutive win at the expense of Capital 1, 25-19, 25-18, 25-9, at the PhilSports Arena on Feb. 11.
