00:00Manny Pacquiao on November 14 will face the most difficult
00:16opponent that he's ever fought. Kodo is bigger, he's stronger
00:24and based on his past record he's able to deal with fighters that have speed.
00:33He beat Mosley, he knocked out Zab Judah and they were very fast fighters.
00:39So Manny in his preparation has to come in in the best condition that he's ever been in
00:48and he has to fight a mistake proof fight in order to win. If he makes a mistake
00:56he's going to lose the fight. Freddie Roach who's the best trainer in the world
01:02has a plan for Manny for this fight and Manny likes the plan and that's what they're working on.
01:11We have an eight-week training period which we always have and we've had a great start. This
01:21has been the best start we've ever had and he's more focused than I've ever seen them.
01:25He's very excited about this fight, he's aware of the game plan that we watch
01:32and I study tapes of Kodo every night before bed and just come up with mistakes he makes and
01:39certain habits that he has and just so that we can take advantage of his weaknesses and
01:46nullify his strengths. I believe that Kodo is a little tougher because he's naturally 147 pounder,
01:52he's a little bit stronger than than most of the opponents. He's a little bit stronger than
01:57Ricky Haddon will be in the fight and by fight time Kodo is going to weigh about 160 pounds so
02:02he's going to be a little bit bigger than us so we've got to use our speed and our boxing ability
02:06to beat him and it's going to be a really hard fight at the beginning but I have a good game
02:14plan. We're going to break him down and work the body and bring him down, slow him up a little bit
02:19and the way Manny Pacquiao is punching right now, he's hitting so hard I predict a knockout in the
02:26rounds. There is no doubt in my mind that Miguel Kodo is the best fighter that Manny has ever
02:40fought and the biggest test for Manny at this stage of his career. Manny has to use his speed
02:47and he has to when he's doing that throw punches in bunches. He has to throw a lot of punches
02:55and move out and move away before Kodo can react and deliver a heavy punch of his own. He can go
03:05either way. Manny has you know certain advantages, speed, explosive power. Kodo has certain
03:15advantages, strength and a tremendous left hook and we'll see. We'll see who's more effective
03:22in carrying out their plan.
