00:00And these are not just my words or my opinion. I mean, we heard this time and time again
00:04from Israeli negotiators involved in the negotiating process. We've heard it from
00:09Arab negotiators, from the Arab states, and we've also heard it from Netanyahu's own
00:15former cabinet members. In fact, very high-level Israeli officials time and again over the last
00:2215 months have mentioned how Netanyahu has been a huge obstacle towards moving forward on a
00:30ceasefire deal and preventing any progress in talks around a post-war scenario in Gaza.
00:38I myself have talked to both Arab and Palestinian officials who have reiterated to me
00:45that the Palestinian Authority is ready to go into Gaza in a post-war scenario,
00:51that Hamas has an understanding that it will not be involved in post-war governance.
00:56And what they're saying to me is that they cannot get Prime Minister Netanyahu to budge
01:01on his refusal for the PA, the Palestinian Authority, not just Hamas,
01:05for the Palestinian Authority to be involved in post-war governance in Gaza.
