00:00This is considered to be a tropical depression or mild typhoon by the Japan Meteorological Agency

00:11which is monitoring the weather in the West Philippine Sea.

00:15But for Pagasa, it is still a low-pressure area.

00:18It is located 260 kilometers west-northwest of Pagasa Island, Calayaan, Palawan.

00:25The chance of it being a typhoon is low and it will not enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility.

00:31In Palawan, the trough or extension of the so-called low-pressure area is being monitored.

00:36Aside from that, it will also be monitored in several parts of the country.

00:39Today, it is Shirline, Amihan, and East Tilis.

00:42It is expected to be calm until heavy rain in Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, and Quezon.

00:48Residents are warned against heavy rain or landslides.
