00:45been open about two months, so new spot, still under construction right next door, just met

00:52I've lived in San Francisco for a long time, so I was, with the handwriting on the thing,
00:57my dad's handwriting, we took that into the logo, spent some time in New York with him
01:02doing some chemo treatments, and kind of fell in love with New York pizza.

01:13pizza, he's from New Orleans, and he wanted to bring it back. It does, ooh, this looks
01:20way better than I thought what even looked in the rack. That looks awesome.
01:26I've said this many times, even coming to New Orleans, like, oh, you're eating, you
01:30know, the gumbo, you're eating the crawfish, all that stuff, you don't think pizza, you're
01:35eating the clams that are getting people sick this week, but you can generally find good
01:39pizza in any city, bubble trouble.
