00:00In ŠKODA XD, we involve startups in our projects.
00:10At the ŠKODA XD event, the startup LAKMUS presented its solution for the use of artificial intelligence to create customer surveys.
00:19The first step was to test the technology within a pilot project.
00:23Thanks to the cooperation and financial support of colleagues from the VX, AfterSales, InnoTeam and product planning departments,
00:30we defined five topics on which we carried out a customer survey and then evaluated them.
00:34For me, the pilot was a great adventure.
00:37We connected researchers from ŠKODA XD and ŠKODA Auto and found out that the model gives excellent answers.
00:43It looked like magic.
00:46And that was the second step of the pilot, where AI experts from LAKMUS explained to us, layer by layer, step by step, how the model works.
00:56Now I know why.
00:57The pilot phase of the project was evaluated with a positive result.
01:00And that is why we are now preparing the production phase,
01:03where we want to offer customer surveys using artificial intelligence to other departments within ŠKODA Auto and ŠKODA XD.
01:09We have a technological test solution behind us, in which we measured the statistical accuracy of reports generated by artificial intelligence.
01:16We created the first five pilot surveys on a real topic that came from ŠKODA Auto and Volkswagen.
01:23We calculated the business case and found out for which topic the application of artificial intelligence suits better and for which less.
01:31We believe that with the help of LAKMUS AI technology,
01:34we will be able to facilitate customer surveys for all departments of ŠKODA Auto within the entire company.
