00:00A new treasure trove of delights awaits the world explorers at this year's Global Village
00:09Outdoor Family Theme Park.
00:11For the first time, a 13th-century stone-walled facade of Bosnia and Belkan's pavilion is
00:17offering visitors with authentic food, handicrafts and clothing.
00:21All of our stuff is Bosnian 100%.
00:24From generation to generation, the knowledge of beekeeping has been transmitted, so that's
00:31why I proudly say that I'm selling the best honey from Bosnia.
00:35Maria Taneski, a member of Macedonian family that has brought cultural pearls to life from
00:40Lake Orhid in her home country, she said she was proud to showcase the unique treasures
00:45at her shop.
00:46This is our tradition and every moment our country wears that pearl from generation.
00:54Maria Cezic, an exhibitor representing One Piece Concept Fashion, says all the products
01:00at the store are of One Pieces.
01:02They are unique because they are not duplicated.
01:05A nearby Bosnian house eatery also reflects the Belkan's culture, offering traditional
01:11food such as seasoned kebabs and flatbread in a tent setting.
01:19Bara Mohammed, a Syrian who lives in Dubai, is a loyal patron of the family-themed park.
01:24He says,
01:25Me and my family, we are waiting for Global Village Open to come.
01:28This is totally different, not like last year's.
01:32Global Village organisers have something special to offer park patrons once again this year,
01:37in the form of South Asian Pavilion, touting countries of Nepal, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.
01:44Also new to the park is the refitted World Avenue.
01:47From the gate of the World Entrance, the avenue opens up to a miniature version of Eiffel
01:51Tower, Burj Khalifa, the Sydney Opera House, Big Ben, the Colosseum and the Taj Mahal.
01:57The 1.6 million square metre Global Village is in its 22nd season, running until April
02:037, 2018.
