00:22stream and it's all over in Bollywood and Hollywood.
00:25A lot of people in the States and everywhere around are doing Pangra.
00:28So what is Pangra?
00:29Pangra originates from North of India.
00:31Punjab is a very cultural dance form, a very folklore Punjabi dance form which is done
00:35in happy occasions.
00:36Whenever you see a Pangra performance, there will be a smile on your face and there's going
00:39to be a smile on the dancer's face.
00:41I guess you want to learn now some dance steps already since I've been explaining a lot about
00:45what Pangra is.
00:46So let's do it.

00:48Welcome to Pangra tutorial and this you can do at your home right now wherever you are

00:52So get up and start following me.
00:54So in the first step, it's called single tamal and what we do is we raise our hands up like

01:01You don't keep them open and always smile and you lift your left leg up first.
