00:00So, Tom is a left-seater, he's the flight engineer, number one, and I'm the right-seater.
00:13Each one of us has his own roles to play. I'm sure that Tom is playing the bigger role here.
00:21But, yeah, we're working as a team with the commander, who's sitting in the middle,
00:26and we're trying to go through the flight program together and make the flight as normal as possible.
00:35Yeah, and the way we've trained means that we would be ready to step in at the last moment,
00:41even up to the day of launch, and we would just conduct the flight because we are fully trained at this time.
00:47However, I'd say the strengths of all the crew members, we enjoy working together,
00:53we have a lot of respect for each other, and being able to work with Sultan has been a joy.
00:58They come with a lot of experience as well and act like experienced crew members.
01:03So that's our greatest strength, I'd say.
