00:09A 3-year-old boy was injured after an accident in Cotabato City.

00:40A few moments later, a boy suddenly appeared and crossed the road.

00:49The pickup truck did not stop and continued to run.

00:53According to the police investigation, the boy was injured and was taken to the hospital.

01:03The driver of the pickup truck, who promised to pay for the victim's medical expenses, did not say anything.

01:10The victim's 18-year-old son, who drowned in a river in Brangay Puntud in Cagayan de Oro City, is no longer alive.
