00:00So these are the milk that I was able to stock up and I'm very very happy to share to the kids

00:07and I'm very very excited because I'm going to meet them again and yeah it's gonna be a great day!

00:18By the way, I am a cow mama. I produce a lot of milk. I am now in my 100 liters and counting journey

00:25with my breast milk and I'm very very happy to share it for the kids who don't have a means

00:30of drinking the breast milk. I wanted to give back to the community. I wanted to share and

00:37I'm very very thankful because my husband is supporting me all the way of what I do

00:41and the first inspiration of this was actually when I found out that there are kids who need

00:47breast milk especially the ones who are sick and especially the ones who lost their mother

00:51because of the COVID-19. My friend and a colleague actually tagged me about the breast milk donation

00:58and I actively participated in donating to Baby Ruben. So what I learned about Baby Ruben

01:05is that he was born 1.7 kg and he even wasn't able to touch or hug or even kiss his mother

01:14when he was born. He was immediately separated from his mom and because of that, he never had

01:22the mother's love of his biological mother of course. And then after that, we the mothers

01:30who are very happy to give him milk, we actively supported him by sending milk, donating milk to

01:37Baby Ruben and good thing is like he was from 1.7 kg, he became 3 kg and now he's really gaining

01:45more weight and I'm very very happy to be part of that journey and hopefully there will be more

01:52babies that we're going to have. We all know the very great benefits of breast milk and the perfect

01:59combination of protein and nutrients and especially the vitamins that they are getting from the

02:05breast milk rather than the formula and my advocacy is really promote and to increase the

02:11benefits of this breast milk. So my baby is actually, she refuses to drink from the bottle

02:18and I create 250 ml without feeding and like 180 something like that. So I still have like excess

02:29of almost 400 ml per four hours. That's how I make milk. So I am going to still continue

02:39pumping even if I'm working and my company is very very supportive of about breast milk and I'm

02:47very happy about it. I would like to share this story to inspire more moms to pump and to help

02:53also to kids who really need breast milk and I would also want to share this experience

03:00to raise awareness about the importance of breast milk.
