00:00Quick introduction to the game so when you start to play golf you will need a

00:11set of golf clubs if you're coming for lessons fear not we do have rental clubs

00:15here but to give you a quick outlook on the set you have 14 clubs in a set okay

00:21so you will have the longest club which is the driver now the driver is the

00:26longest club in our golf set so driver length is about 44 to 46 inches and the

00:33angle on the face which is the loft here you generally go from professionals

00:38will play anywhere from like 7 degrees right up till about 10 degrees of loft

00:42this one here has about 10.5 degrees of loft so that angle on the face if you

00:48can imagine my hand being 90 you can see there's a little gap between the angle

00:51between the face and my hand that angle is your loft okay from there we'll go to

00:57a four iron and the four iron compared to the driver is shorter okay so I'll

01:05bring that up there you'll see it is shorter and also the angle here is a

01:12little bit more than what the driver would be so if I put my hand like this

01:15you can notice the angle on the face is substantially more than what it was with

01:20the driver and then we'll go to the shortest club in the bag which is the

01:24lob wedge if I compare it against the driver again here you will notice it is

01:31much much shorter and then with regards to the angle on the face if I do that

01:37you can see that that line there that angle that loft is much much more this

01:41is about 60 degrees of loft and that's the longest the mid iron the one of the

01:48longer irons and the shortest club in the bag and finally you have the putter

01:52and this is used to roll the ball along the ground and in my opinion one of the

01:57most important clubs to master it is in comparison to the driver a lot shorter

02:04again these generally go up to about 35 inches in length as a standard okay and

02:10then the angle on the face here is about four degrees of loft so it's almost

02:15virtually straight and this club we would use to roll the ball on the green

02:19and into the hole
