At the time of its release, the Ferrari F50 was the closest thing there was to a road-legal F1 car. The F50 was equipped with a masterpiece of an engine. Its 4.7-litre naturally aspirated V12 was developed from the 3.5-litre V12 powering the 1990 Ferrari 641 Grand Prix car. Only 349 examples were built.
