00:18Big win for Cassie Legaspi on her weight loss journey after being diagnosed with hypothyroidism or underactive thyroid at the age of 15.

00:28Cassie stepped up and took the challenge to be physically fit.

00:32I lost 30 pounds.

00:40It's really a challenge to lose unwanted pounds. Discipline is her priority.

00:46Finally, I had a check-up and it really changed my lifestyle.

00:50Cassie is thankful because her whole family is in full support.

00:54In terms of diet, I need to be strong. But at the same time, I can't count calories too much. It should be the right amount.

01:04And then the types of food that I eat.

01:07Even though they became fit and healthy at the same time, they still pass time to work out.

01:13That's our bonding. Actually, it does.

01:16It's like two-in-one. Since I don't get to see my family as much since we all have work and all of that,

01:21that's our bonding. We go to the gym.
