00:33due to the Eastern Leagues.

00:39it is possible to experience light to intense rains tomorrow

00:42in the Northern, Central, and Southern Luzon.

00:45Light to intense rains can also be experienced

00:48in Central and Western Visayas,

00:50as well as in a large part of Mindanao.
