00:16Personally, President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. was the one who benefited from the Mega Job Fair in Tagum City, Davao del Norte.

00:24Among the 3,000 beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program,

00:29the one who benefited from the Mega Job Fair in Tagum City, Davao del Norte.

00:32This is the initiative of the Office of the President and the Department of Social Welfare and Development,

00:37Field Office 11, in order to improve the livelihood of 4-piece beneficiaries in the country.

00:43This is an implementation of our mandate and our promise to improve the livelihood of every Filipino family,

00:55especially to our beneficiaries of 4-piece and 2-pad.

01:01We also continue to strengthen the distribution of services for all of you

01:07so that you will be able to find a job and serve to fulfill your dreams in life and for your families.

01:19It is expected that among the 3,000 pre-identified existing household beneficiaries of 4-piece,

01:24the program will be able to help.

01:26The so-called beneficiaries will transition out of the program due to various reasons.

01:33The work in the new Philippines Mega Job Fair was conducted in order to provide work and income to 4-piece beneficiaries

01:41so that their livelihood will remain progressive even if they do not receive assistance from the program.

01:47The 33-year-old 4-piece beneficiary from Magsaysay Carmen, Davao del Norte,

01:53named Michie Natad, her on the spot as a cashier in a mall in Panabo, Davao del Norte,

01:59where she has been a 4-piece beneficiary for seven years.

02:02I am very thankful. If it wasn't for 4-piece, I wouldn't have been able to fulfill my dreams.

02:10According to the Regional Director of DSWD Region 11, Merlinda Paragamac,

02:15the program is a great help for 4-piece beneficiaries because they have been in the program for seven years

02:21and they need to transition out.

02:23This activity is important because we provide services for them.

02:29We wanted them to have work so that our assistance to our 4-piece beneficiaries will be sustainable.

02:39The Department of Labor and Employment Region 11 also helped,

02:43where they were also invited to various employer and partner companies

02:49where there are a total of 887 job vacancies prepared for the beneficiaries.

02:56There are also various special services for the beneficiaries,

03:00such as Job Seekers Assistance Booth, Labor Education and Livelihood Desk,

03:04and Career Development Support Services.
