They say you can't make it without making some critics along the way. They are wrong.

00:00So this is my type of video, a big love in where we heap praise on people.
00:04More of this please, positive peeps for life.
00:07I am so pumped in fact let's just get into it so settle in grab a drink and let's celebrate
00:11the 10 wrestlers that nobody hated.
00:1410.
00:15Samoa Joe
00:16Samoa Joe has been around for ages, in that time he has constructed a Hall of Fame career
00:20and there were hints of this all the way back in 2005.
00:24Just go and watch the years around that period with Joe, the man was on fire, not literally.
00:28He's also adapted over time because he fitted in effortlessly during his NXT and WWE runs
00:33before heading to AEW and finding himself in the main event.
00:36Of course, you can't deny Samoa.
00:39I didn't even mention what he did down in the Ring of Honor where he basically rewrote
00:42the rules and the whole time he has carried himself with this aura of a killer.
00:48This is why you think at some point somebody would have been like, ugh that guy or he would
00:51have had some beef.
00:52But no, not really.
00:54Even when he had backstage incidences like he did with Kevin Nash over a Scott Hall situation
00:58in TNA, it ended with Big Sexy saying how cool Joe was because yeah, the truth is, everybody
01:05loves Samoa Joe.
01:06When the time is right, he shall be inducted into all the Hall of Fames too and even then
01:10his peers will be super happy for him.
01:13What a flippin' dude.
01:149.
01:15KENTA KABASHI
01:16Even the four pillars of All Japan Pro Wrestling got it at some point.
01:19Even though Mitsuru Masahara was arguably the best of his bunch, his stoic ways drew
01:23criticism from some people, and there were similar fingers pointed at Akira Towaway and
01:27Toshiaki Kawada.
01:28You can debate these, but what you can't is that Kenta Kabashi was universally beloved.
01:33One of the best babyfaces ever.
01:35If you want to see top-tier wrestling selling in action, all you gotta do is go and watch
01:40one of his matches.
01:41If he ever had to work a storyline injury, my gosh, you actually thought he was on the
01:45cusp of dying.
01:46Why is nobody helping him?
01:48It meant we have a rare occasion of looking at a wrestler for their in-ring work and barely
01:51hearing a peep of negativity.
01:53Yep, you all just came together and decided as a worker, this man was perfection.
01:58You know what?
01:59I think we may be right.
02:008.
02:01GUNTA
02:02I mean, you know Gunta is beloved because the main controversy regarding him was that
02:05we once changed his name.
02:06We all missed Walter at first, but now?
02:08Pfft.
02:09Who cares?
02:10Coincidentally, somebody described him as the reverse of Kenta Kabashi the other day.
02:13And yeah, I get it.
02:15Whereas Kenta was just the king of sympathy, Gunta does the opposite.
02:18He pulverises people so much, even if you respect him, he gets you to buy in.
02:22He did this on the indie scene too, where he really did become the end-of-level boss
02:26for some.
02:27So when Triple H got his hands on him, he kept it simple, let's just do that again,
02:31but on a bigger stage.
02:32In a scene Gunta become one of these dudes that the fans love because he's so damn
02:35talented at what he does, but seemingly his co-workers feel the same.
02:39Never hear a peep about him, unless it's to underline that he is a professional.
02:43He doesn't hurl any racks up match of the year candidates all the time either, and
02:47is a good way to get in people's happy books.
02:507.
02:51Bianca Belair
02:52You know why people say Bianca Belair is the best good guy WWE has?
02:55Because you can't help but like her.
02:57Can't be taught.
02:58It's also a big tick box that she's just so damn happy all the time, as that translates
03:02through the TV.
03:03Plus, when she has to enter kick-ass mode, she can.
03:06The only criticism she has faced is when she was the champion and fans didn't think that
03:09WWE had enough legitimate challenges for her.
03:12That meant we kind of jumped all over the place, but that's nothing to do with Belair.
03:17That's the company.
03:18She just does what she's told.
03:19Bianca is also ready-made for the biggest of shows, as we have seen over time.
03:23And that WrestleMania match with Sasha Banks?
03:26Well it will get you, as did her clash with Becky Lynch.
03:28She should sell stocks, because she's going to get you invested.
03:31I'm going to wrap this up with some more hyperbole, but I think it's true.
03:35Since 2021, I'm not sure there's been a more universal wrestler than the EST.
03:39Which means, she's right.
03:41She is the best.
03:426.
03:43Rey Mysterio
03:45I've been wrestling for what seems like 89 years, and one time I can remember Rey Mysterio
03:49getting booed.
03:50And that wasn't anything to do with Rey Mysterio.
03:52It was that Royal Rumble fiasco where fans expected Daniel Bryan to win.
03:56So when Rey was number 30, the disappointment was real.
03:59So out of context, it felt like Mysterio was getting it.
04:01But nope.
04:02It was those behind the scenes.
04:03He also appears to be the nicest man ever, but it's his in-ring work that has propelled
04:07him to such levels.
04:09Mysterio totally rewrote the game and has to be considered the best luchador ever.
04:13The man operates in his own stratosphere.
04:15His longevity is also outstanding, and we wouldn't have wrestling as we do today without
04:20him.
04:21Rey is so important, it's ridiculous.
04:23Maybe that's why everybody loves him.
04:245.
04:25Hiroshi Tanahashi
04:26I mean, this ties in.
04:27Because as I am recording this, yesterday, Hiroshi Tanahashi became president of New
04:32Japan Pro Wrestling.
04:33I mean, that's all the evidence you need.
04:35It also ties into the past, because when the promotion needed a kick up the rear, who did
04:39they go to and ask for help?
04:41Well, yes.
04:42It was Tanahashi.
04:43I think Nakamura would have to be included in that chat too, but in terms of this list,
04:46a lot of people got mad at him for his so-called mid-WWE run, but yeah, he doesn't get to
04:52feature.
04:53When it does come to The Ace though, it has always been pure love, because he's just
04:56so damn respected by everybody in the industry.
04:59Even during his latter years when his knees gave out, he still figured out a way to put
05:02on top quality matches, and that's because he gets it.
05:05I mean, let's take something like the Dragon Screw Leg Whip.
05:08You know that Tanahashi is going to do it eventually, and then BAM, he surprises you
05:11by approaching it in a way that nobody even thought of, including him, just popped in
05:16his brain.
05:17Hiroshi also thinks outside the box, as he showed at WrestleKingdom 13.
05:20To prove to Kenny Omega he wasn't some old-timer nobody, he busted out a Poison Rana, much
05:25to the glee of everybody watching.
05:27He is already a legend, but will be lauded further when he does hang up his boots, especially
05:31now.
05:32I just wish him the best.
05:34Just nice to see.
05:354.
05:36Ricky Steamboat
05:37So this has been the case for years.
05:38There's a reason why people say Ricky Steamboat is the greatest babyface ever.
05:42This has only increased over time, and it would have been bigger back in 1989, but Steamboat
05:46was facing Ric Flair, who basically was wrestling back then.
05:49The shadow was deep.
05:51I think the major proof is that when he came back at WrestleMania 25 and started chopping
05:54Chris Jericho, it was like we'd travel back in time.
05:57You wanna know why?
05:58Because the Dragon just has these powers where you want him to do well.
06:02It's rare for someone to have such a long career and never even be presented with a
06:05hill turn idea, but that was the Steamboat situation.
06:09The same today too.
06:10There are plenty of forum posts discussing this fact, and we all agree that nope, this
06:14would have been the worst idea ever.
06:16If when he popped up in AEW in 2023, he demanded that Ricky Starks left him laying, you will
06:21never find a more selfless or great wrestler.
06:243.
06:25Big E
06:26So maybe someone has said something bad about Big E at some point, but number one, I wouldn't
06:30have drowned it out, and number two, that individual is the worst.
06:34Just go and look at the overwhelming desire people had when it seemed possible he could
06:37win the world title, and the joy sent his way when he finally grabbed the gold.
06:41Did it even matter WWE treated this in completely the wrong way?
06:44The fact Big E had done it is what mattered.
06:46He underlined all of this after suffering a possible career-ending neck injury as he
06:50went out of his way to let everyone know it wasn't Ridge Holland's fault, and as his
06:54motto goes, he is just the definition of the power of positivity.
06:58Big E can also make you laugh in the weirdest way possible, and I really hope he does get
07:02to have a massive comeback one day.
07:04Health and happiness first, but still, I need it because he deserves it.
07:09What a guy.
07:102.
07:11Eddie Guerrero
07:12Even when Eddie Guerrero would throw a tantrum backstage, nobody would have a bad word to
07:15stay.
07:16He could literally end the entry there and the point would be proven.
07:18It didn't hurt that he was one of the greatest wrestlers ever, but because he had such a
07:22way with people, all of his fellow employees admitted they absolutely loved him.
07:26This translated in front of the camera too, because seeing the sea of joy when he won
07:30the WWE title from Brock Lesnar is just life-affirming.
07:33Guerrero could also do anything within the squared circle, and even when he was playing
07:37the bad guy, he was just so damn entertaining.
07:39The lie-cheat-and-steal gimmick is still rearing its head today as people borrow from its repertoire.
07:44Good is good.
07:45It's also why there was such an outpouring of sadness when he did tragically pass away,
07:49because this love was real.
07:50That was 2005, and it still feels raw.
07:53There will never be another Eddie Guerrero, because it's just not possible.
07:571.
07:58Kurt Angle
07:59It's true.
08:00It's true.
08:01Sorry.
08:02It's even more evident today as everyone involved with the wrestling industry sings
08:05his praises and go and listen to his podcast.
08:07That will give you a better idea.
08:09Angle is so supportive of modern-day wrestling and his influence upon it, a man is a solid
08:14dude.
08:15When it comes to his in-ring work as well, there is a good chance it may be flawless.
08:19You'll be hard-pushed to find a bad Kurt match even when he first debuted, and no matter
08:23whether you watch WWE or TNA, it's just banger after banger.
08:27The fact he was also super entertaining as a character was ridiculous too, and let's
08:31face it, Kurt Angle is one of the greatest wrestlers ever, he barely has any negatives.
08:36The amount of boxes he ticked have lived long in the memory too, and this is another one.
08:40There will never be another like him, he just operated on an entirely different plane.
08:45Now please do click the video on the screen, which is 10 times WWE ignored the fans and
08:49got it right.
08:50Like the video, share the video and subscribe.
08:52Take care of yourself my friends, and I'll speak to you again very soon.
