Honor has achieved an impressive 150 percent growth in global business in just two and a half years after becoming an independent company. It has launched the thinnest ever foldable phone with Honor Magic V2 and the path breaking concept phone Honor V Purse, at IFA 2023, Berlin. CEO George Zhao outlined the plans of company's future on the sidelines of the IFA. While companies like Samsung and Apple often follow a familiar design pattern with improvements in small doses, Honor aims to be more aggressive and innovative, he said.

07:10So, but we know that portable phones have, you know,

07:22So this bar phone cannot support.
07:26For example, they have the 7.9-inch,
07:31the pad-length,
07:33the 7.9-inch pad-length display.
07:39And also they have some special user experience.
07:42For example, when you take photos,
07:48I mean, this part,
07:51you can see that in this side,
07:53you can see the display.
07:56But in fact, on the other side,
07:58you also can see,
08:00I mean, this kind of, you know, the user's curious.
08:04I mean, the photo that you also put in this part,
08:08I mean, so you can manage yourself from photo.

08:17But the bottleneck, the difficulty is it's too heavy and sick.
