00:00Good morning everyone, my name is Eljuri Elhammadi and I'm currently in grade 12 in the John

00:27International School.

00:28And today I have the best experience to witness in Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, how technology

00:36and healthcare, both worlds, how do they collide together.

00:39And honestly, this experience makes me really excited for the future, not just for myself

00:45but for the country as a whole, since seeing how the advancements of healthcare and technology

00:50all together, how all of those advancements work together to bring a better outcome for

00:56our patients in the future.

00:58And as a future, hopefully inshallah, a future doctor, I'm really excited because I really

01:05want to work with these technologies and these AI and robots, and I really want to include

01:10them in my everyday life.

01:11So I really hope that these advancements keep on continuing to advance and they really help

01:17the country.

01:18Today it was my pleasure to participate in this event and to experience robotic innovation

01:24to help with surgeries of the heart, and it was a nice experience to see renowned doctors

01:31doing it and to actually try it, and thank you Cleveland Clinic for this amazing opportunity.

01:44For the next few days and weeks, we are inviting students from different schools across the

01:50UAE.

01:51For those students to come here and test the robot, our goal is to inspire the next generation

01:58of physicians.

02:25As you can see behind me, this is a surgical robot that is used on a daily basis to help

02:31patients in the UAE and around the region to help them get their complex surgery done

02:39through small incisions to reduce their pain, decrease the blood loss, and get the patients

02:46back to their normal life in a very fast fashion.
