00:00A policeman was hit by a man with a knife.

00:06The man will use a knife to stab his opponent.

00:10We caught that in the exclusive footage of John Consulta.

00:18It was an early Saturday when CCTV caught the chase of a man

00:23and the police patrolling Malate, Manila.

00:26At one point, the man was seen striking a stone several times

00:30and then being hit by the police chasing him.

00:33He was cornered and the police chased him.

00:37But the man fought back and the police hit him in the head with a sharp stone.

00:43Finally, the 32-year-old suspect was arrested

00:47who was previously jailed for a robbery case.

00:49A knife was recovered from him.

00:52The police responded with blood.

00:54He was hit in the head with a deep wound.

00:56He was trying to grab the body

01:00and at the same time, the hand of the suspect

01:02and he was trying to get the sharp part of his body.

01:07Eventually, he got the chance to hit the police.

01:12The suspect admitted that he was using a solvent

01:16and that he had a plan before he was arrested.
