00:04Some students who are listed as beneficiaries of the Senior High School Voucher Program

00:09in 12 private schools were not able to attend.

00:18This is a story of a violation in their school,

00:21but the Department of Education is investigating it.

00:24They are the ones who were not able to attend,

00:26the Senior High School students in 12 private schools

00:29who are included in the Senior High School Voucher Program of DepEd.

00:32The program is a financial assistance of the government

00:35for the Senior High School to study in order to cover DepEd,

00:38just like the private schools.

00:40Incoming grade 11 students are given a voucher

00:43worth P14,000 to P22,500.

00:47Those who finished grade 10 in the public schools

00:49will automatically receive it.

00:51Those who graduated from private schools

00:54will not be granted the Education Service Contracting Program of DepEd.

00:57DepEd did not remind the private schools.

01:00Education Secretary Sani Angara said in a statement

01:03that DepEd is taking the allegation seriously.

01:05DepEd will not allow the misuse of funds for education.

01:09DepEd has a right against the ways to prove that there are Go Students,

01:14such as the removal of their accreditation.

01:16DepEd is also studying the Administrative and Criminal Sanctions

01:20that they may impose on any school personnel or officials.

01:24DepEd will call on the public to report to them

01:27if there is any irregularity in the implementation of their programs.

01:31If DepEd is approved,

01:33it will help the real students who need help.
