00:00The five members of the Tulfo family who ran in the election of 2025 were disqualified in the Comelec.

00:06In a petition filed by Virgilio Garcia, he asked the Comelec to disqualify Congressman Erwin Tulfo,

00:12Congressman Jocelyn Pua Tulfo, Congressman Ralph Wendel Tulfo, Wanda Tulfo-Teo, and Ben Tulfo.

00:20Garcia's gate was prohibited in the 1987 Constitution of the Political Dynasty.

00:25Erwin Tulfo, who served in the U.S. Army and had a U.S. passport, also had a problem with their Filipino citizenship.

00:33The Filipino citizenship should be continued from the time they were born.

00:37They need to prove that they are natural-born citizens.

00:41Tulfo used to say that his Filipino citizenship was not lost.

00:45He presented a letter from the U.S. Embassy saying that he should not have been given a U.S. passport

00:51because he did not become a U.S. citizen.
