00:28The cold reached 23.6 degrees Celsius and in Taguiro, Cagaya, it reached 24.8 degrees Celsius.
00:35Affected by the extreme northern zone, Shillay in the northern part of the northern zone, while the Intertropical Convergence Zone or ITCZ is currently in southern Mindanao.

00:52In the extreme northern zone, there are a few auroras in Quezon Province, Palawan and Mangkaraga region.
