00:13Our family really likes ramen and other noodle dishes, but we also like to talk a lot when we're
00:19eating. So it tends to get cold and then my parents thought, okay why not let's have it
00:25in a sizzling bowl so it retains its heat longer. We've been serving sizzling ramen since 2018
00:32and so far the customers and guests have been like enjoying the experience of pouring the soup
00:39while it bubbles in the bowl and kids tend to like it as well. So that's always a good family fun
00:47thing to do. Our ramen is inspired by New York style ramen. So it's Torrey Python style which
00:54means it's made with chicken broth and it's served in a sizzling hot plate. So the flavors
00:59of the broth condense and then they mature into a different smoky flavor.
