00:00There is none worthy of worship except Allah.
00:14Give a smile to the good atmosphere.
00:18We need light, O Prophet.
00:22A glimmer of light, a glimmer of light.
00:26A glimmer of light, a glimmer of light.
00:30We have been busy with the remembrance of Allah.
00:34Your words are our own, O Prophet.
00:38How can we show you our faces in the gathering?
00:41How can we show you our faces in the gathering?
00:44O Ummati, O Prophet, do not do this to us.
00:49Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Aisaas Foundation.
00:53I am Dr. Sayyed Imran Wadood.
00:59Ladies and gentlemen, once again,
01:02we are here with the Ramadan Appeal 2024.
01:05We are here with the Ramadan Appeal 2025.
01:07As you know, in almost all months of the year,
01:13Alhamdulillah, all our departments are active.
01:17But in the month of Ramadan,
01:18where we make special arrangements for ourselves,
01:21the Aisaas Foundation also makes special arrangements
01:25for the people who are worried.
01:28You know that for all these arrangements,
01:32we need your help.
01:34We need your cooperation.
01:36And since the beginning of the Aisaas Foundation,
01:39Alhamdulillah, we have continued this process with your cooperation.
01:45And every time, Alhamdulillah,
01:47your cooperation has exceeded our expectations.
01:53At this time, we take this hope.
01:55Today, once again, we have put up this banner.
01:58We have put up these slogans.
02:00And we hope that by breaking all the previous records,
02:04Inshallah, this year too,
02:06we will participate in the Aisaas Foundation slogans.
02:12And those many worried people
02:14who are waiting for us all over the country,
02:18who are waiting for you,
02:19Inshallah, we will try our best to meet their expectations.
02:24You and I will try to do this together.
02:26And Inshallah, for all those sad hearts,
02:29whatever is possible for us,
02:31we will do our best to bring happiness to them this year.
02:35So that they too can continue their worship in the month of Ramadan.
02:40So that they can be saved from their worries temporarily.
02:43Then after Ramadan, Eid comes.
02:47So that they can celebrate it with their children.
02:51For all these things, we need your cooperation.
02:54We are here with different appeals.
02:55Sometimes with regards to sacrifices,
02:57sometimes with regards to winters,
02:58sometimes with regards to weddings,
03:00sometimes with regards to the distribution of Eids.
03:03If there is any unforeseen disaster in the country,
03:05whether in the country or even outside the country,
03:07Alhamdulillah, the Ahsaas Foundation has played the role of the front line.
03:11And you know that in Turkey, recently,
03:14there have been cases of floods and earthquakes.
03:17In Syria, there have been cases of floods.
03:18In Pakistan, there have been cases of floods.
03:20Alhamdulillah, the Ahsaas Foundation has been providing services there as well.
03:25At this time, in Ramadan Mubarak,
03:28we are here with three appeals to you.
03:31Alhamdulillah, other departments are also active.
03:33But, especially, we are making three appeals to you.
03:37There is an appeal with regards to water,
03:38there is an appeal with regards to the construction of mosques,
03:41and then with regards to Iftars or ration packs.
03:43Consider this as a joint appeal.
03:45If you want that in this blessed month,
03:49a mosque should be built in a part of Pakistan
03:53where people do not have a specific place to worship.
03:58Alhamdulillah, we have mosques.
04:00And in whichever lane you go,
04:02there is a mosque after every three or four lanes.
04:04But there are many villages where there is not a single mosque.
04:09People travel a long distance to go to the mosque.
04:12The daily prayers, the five daily prayers that are obligatory on us,
04:15they are either offered at home or they have a specific place,
04:20they have given it the name of a mosque and they offer their prayers there.
04:23But if you want that even a small mosque should be built there,
04:28then you will have to cooperate with just 9,500 US dollars.
04:33If you want that in an area of Pakistan where there is no clean and clean water,
04:39and the water available for people is much lower than the standard of living,
04:44if a small hand pump is installed in such an area,
04:47then you can imagine how beneficial it will be.
04:50If you want to cooperate with this,
04:52then you can cooperate with 185 US dollars.
04:56In Ramadan, we have heard many narrations about the reward of Iftaar.
05:01We know many Hadiths about this.
05:03We also know the statement of the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,
05:07that how much reward is there, we get a reward for this, if you want.
05:11And that too, if a single person is made to do Iftaar,
05:14and that person is such that he does not have a shortage of wealth and means.
05:19In fact, we have heard such narrations and Hadiths
05:21that if there is a river bank,
05:23if a person is given a glass of water from there,
05:26and if he does Iftaar from that glass of water,
05:29then he will also get the same reward as the person is getting.
05:33So, you can imagine that this is the reward of making a rich person do Iftaar
05:38who has a shortage of wealth and means.
05:40But if we make a poor person do Iftaar,
05:43then surely its reward will increase manifold.
05:46If you want a person to be made to do Iftaar in this blessed month,
05:51then you will have to cooperate with 200 US dollars.
05:55With this money, that is, with this 200 US dollars,
05:59approximately 50 people will be made to do Iftaar.
06:04This can be done in a single day, on a single account,
06:08or this thing can be served to them in different days as well.
06:11This is the fasting Iftaar that we do on our accounts.
06:15But if you want a family to be provided with ration for a whole month,
06:19and if that ration is sufficient for a family of 6 to 8 people for a whole month,
06:25then you will have to cooperate with 75 US dollars.
06:28Again, I want to mention that these 75 US dollars of ration
06:32are only for the month of Ramadanul Mubarak.
06:34But the ration pack of normal days from the Ahsaas Foundation
06:38is of 65 US dollars in the month of Ramadanul Mubarak
06:41because the expenses increase a little,
06:43the use of oil increases, the use of lentils increases.
06:47So, because of this, we want to have various types of dishes on our accounts
06:53and we also make better food and orders.
06:55So, for our brothers and sisters who are worried,
06:57for our country, for our religion,
06:58we also think the same way as we think for ourselves and our family.
07:03So, if you want to provide them with ration for a month,
07:06then only 75 US dollars.
07:07Viewers, what is this amount?
07:09If you look at it in Pakistani rupees,
07:11then this amount is probably around 20,000 rupees.
07:14If 6 to 8 people go to a buffet restaurant to eat at night,
07:20then this is the amount that is made for 6 to 8 people.
07:22The food for one night is the ration for one month.
07:26But this is Allah's distribution.
07:28We have to be satisfied with its distribution
07:29and we have to try that when we do everything for ourselves,
07:32we don't leave these worried people,
07:34we don't leave these helpless people.
07:35This is also our part.
07:36This is not separate from us.
07:37Muslims are called the only body.
07:40This is the statement of the Prophet.
07:42The example of the body is like this.
07:43If there is pain in the right hand,
07:45then the left hand will not be able to avoid it.
07:47If we have a headache,
07:49then it is not that the head will be left alone
07:51and the rest of the body will be busy with its routine work.
07:53This is not possible.
07:54Muslims are called the only body.
07:57A Muslim is one for the protection of the Haram.
08:00From the blue coast to the desert of Kashgar.
08:03So, this is the identity of Muslims.
08:05This is the pride of Muslims that they are one Ummah,
08:07they are one nation.
08:08So, we have to prove that we are one nation
08:10and we have to consider all the nationalities in Pakistan as our own.
08:14Whether they are rich or poor,
08:16we have to embrace them
08:19so that they too can benefit from the blessings of Ramadan
08:22just like you and me.
08:23We will keep telling you more details in the program.
08:26You know that this is the format of our program.
08:29We have a representative from the side of feelings
08:33so that he can tell you the ground realities.
08:36He can tell you all the incidents
08:38that these people face on the ground.
08:40The people who feel these things after meeting these people,
08:45he can convey this to you in his own language
08:47so that we too can feel it.
08:49So that we can feel the pain.
08:51We may not be able to express it in words
08:53because we are not on the ground.
08:55But the picture of pain that these people see in the eyes of the children there,
08:59they can tell you better.
09:01I may not be able to tell you that much better.
09:03So, we have the country head of feelings, Mr. Fawad Beg with us today.
09:08Mr. Fawad, welcome. How are you?
09:11Thank you. May peace and blessings of Allah be upon you.
09:12May peace and blessings of Allah be upon you too.
09:13Are you okay? Are you well?
09:14Are you feeling well?
09:15You have been in touch with Ahsaas for a long time.
09:18First of all, I have good wishes from the bottom of my heart for you.
09:21Salam to you.
09:22You are doing a very good job.
09:25Not only you, but your entire team is doing a very good job.
09:28Because we too have a little connection, so we know.
09:31How was this journey with Ahsaas Foundation since you have been in touch?
09:35And what did you learn while staying in this department?
09:40I would like to start with this.
09:42First of all, let me tell you that we did not have any such experience before
09:48that we go and help people.
09:50We used to live together in the same way as we learned from our parents in the streets.
09:56But since this organization has joined
10:00and since its surveys have started and have gone to different areas,
10:04now believe me, we have come to know what life is and what the problems of life are.
10:10We are living very well in our cities, in our streets, in our homes.
10:16And believe me, we are not even thankful that Allah has given us so much.
10:21But when we went to those areas and saw the condition of the people in those areas,
10:26then believe me, it was very sad that these are also our Pakistani brothers,
10:30our Muslim brothers, our Muslim sisters,
10:33whom Allah has actually given us the order to help them, to serve them.
10:39Whatever we have is given by Allah,
10:42but we definitely want to take out some of our wealth for those people too.
10:48So we learned this thing in the field.
10:51And when we saw the conditions there,
10:53then believe me, we wanted to take out whatever we had at that time and give it to them
10:58so that their life becomes a little easier.
11:01Because we know that we will come back after doing the survey,
11:04we will come back to our homes and sleep peacefully.
11:06But how those people must be surviving even after we leave.
11:10If we have given them a ration pack of one month, then it is only for one month.
11:15It is not for two months, four months, the whole life.
11:17It is not a permanent solution.
11:18But what we do because of this is that every month,
11:22our effort is that every month we deliver ration packs to them,
11:26to them for Iftar, if it is Ramadan,
11:30we arrange water for them if there is no water there.
11:33So when we are doing all these things,
11:35then believe me, the heart is very happy and very satisfied
11:39that for a good cause, for a good work, for a good purpose,
11:42our efforts are going, our hard work is going.
11:44Fahad bhai, you said that in the beginning it used to happen
11:47that you used to do it yourself, you saw it in the neighborhood, you saw it in this.
11:50Then you started this work properly in an institution.
11:54Okay, I also believe that
11:55there are organizations for all kinds of work in the world.
11:59Earlier, when we used to read about someone's life,
12:02it used to be written that he got his primary education from his grandfather,
12:06then he got it from his grandfather,
12:07then for higher education, he went to such and such a person.
12:11If someone had to be treated, he had to go to such and such a doctor.
12:14If he wanted to get education, he had to go to such and such a person.
12:15There used to be a personality with whom he used to work.
12:18But as the world changed, there are organizations for all kinds of work.
12:22There are schools, madrasas, colleges, universities for education.
12:25There are clinics, polyclinics, hospitals for treatment.
12:28There are police and security guards for all kinds of security.
12:31So, this charitable work has also become a requirement of the organization.
12:35If we do it in an individual capacity,
12:37then its benefits, I think, will be somewhat less.
12:40But if we do it at an organizational level,
12:43then its benefits will increase.
12:44Am I understanding correctly? What is your take on this?
12:46Actually, when a whole team is working for a cause, for a purpose,
12:50if you think about it, the whole team,
12:53and I am not just talking about the fact that we have an office here.
12:57We have our partners, our volunteers in the whole of Pakistan.
13:02When the whole team works together, collectively,
13:06then believe me, our goals also increase.
13:09And our effort is to achieve them as soon as possible.
13:12Actually, when we try to manage these things,
13:15then we realize that it is not enough to just put a small hand pump.
13:19At some places, we will need something else.
13:22At some places, we will need something else.
13:24So, we try to provide the facilities where there is a need.
13:30And these are your volunteers who promote the ground?
13:32Yes, our volunteers tell us.
13:33And then we have an audit team,
13:36then we have a quality team who maintains the quality of things.
13:40There is an inspection team, a survey team,
13:43so that all these things can be implemented through a good process.
13:48And then people can be executed.
13:52Anyway, all the work that we do is the result of a good teamwork.
13:58Obviously.
13:58It is not that there is one manager, one country head,
14:01one operations manager.
14:02It is not like that at all.
14:03When the whole team works together.
14:06Teamwork makes dream work.
14:08And it is fun too.
14:10When everyone is working together,
14:12then we enjoy it.
14:13When someone did this,
14:15and when someone got blessings from there,
14:16then this work was done by God's grace.
14:18We keep listening to these things.
14:21So, it is a lot of fun.
14:23And because of teamwork,
14:24Alhamdulillah, our work becomes very easy.
14:27Okay, look, if I am from Karachi,
14:30and I want to do some charitable work here,
14:33then my residence is probably in some area of Karachi
14:38where Ghudaba are settled,
14:39or if I can reach someone.
14:41But in Karachi, there are a lot of rich people.
14:44Yes, of course.
14:45Okay?
14:45So, they reach people easily.
14:48And I think there is a house in Karachi
14:50where people sleep hungry.
14:51If I want to work individually,
14:53then my residence is only in Karachi.
14:55If I want to go to the interior,
14:56to the mountains of Balochistan,
14:58to the interior of Sindh, to the deserts of Thar,
15:01to Punjab, to the central Punjab,
15:03my residence is not there.
15:05If I want to go there once,
15:07then I will get tired of going and coming.
15:08Exactly.
15:08Then the resources will be wasted.
15:10So, I at least understand that it is very good
15:13that we work with an organization
15:15that has these roots.
15:16Of course.
15:17Okay, in an organization,
15:19what do you think, Mr. Fawad,
15:20what are the basic things,
15:22especially in a charitable organization?
15:24Is honesty very important?
15:26Is competency very important?
15:29Is credibility very important?
15:31Or is the importance of all these three things?
15:34You have given me three different options,
15:39but believe me,
15:41all three things are very important.
15:43All three things are very important.
15:45And honesty is also very important
15:48because the donations that are coming in,
15:50someone has given it in the name of Allah,
15:52someone has given it for the sake of his hereafter.
15:55So, if all these donations are used in the right place,
15:59then only those goals can be fulfilled.
16:02So, honesty is the first thing.
16:04Yes.
16:04Honesty is the first thing.
16:06But all these three things are very important for this work.
16:09Okay, the first thing that people try to know
16:12in an organization, especially in a charitable organization,
16:15is honesty.
16:16Yes, of course.
16:17Okay, I rate credibility more than honesty.
16:21For example, if I have to hire a driver,
16:24I am told that this person is very honest.
16:27Yes.
16:27So, I will not hire a driver just on this basis.
16:30I will also have to know his skills,
16:32how he drives a car.
16:33Of course.
16:34What are his driving skills?
16:36If I get to know that I am going to Islamabad by air,
16:40and this pilot is very honest.
16:42But his credibility is doubtful.
16:43You are absolutely right.
16:44So, I will not travel in that plane.
16:46So, credibility is also very important.
16:48Is there so much skill in that organization
16:51that they can give us the money?
16:53Not just honesty.
16:54They are very honest people.
16:55Right.
16:56But is there so much skill
16:57that they can give us the money in a better way?
17:01So, what you are saying,
17:02that you have representatives, volunteers,
17:04and the team that you mentioned,
17:06that is what gives us hope.
17:07So, do you also think that
17:08this is another very important thing with honesty?
17:10I told you that all three things are very important.
17:13And credibility,
17:14Alhamdulillah, has been maintained very well
17:17in the last 16 years.
17:18It has developed a lot.
17:20And I would like to say that
17:21it is all because of the cooperation of our donors.
17:25It is not that we did all the work in one night
17:29and then we got to know that we have become famous.
17:31It is not like that.
17:32It is because of the cooperation of our donors,
17:34because of their help,
17:36we are able to do all this work.
17:38And because of their trust in us,
17:42we are able to do more work.
17:44So, it is important.
17:45All three things are very important.
17:46But the same thing,
17:48that we have to work and there is a lot of work ahead.
17:52So, that is why we come here every year,
17:54we are present in front of our donors,
17:56in front of our viewers,
17:58that they support us as much as possible,
18:01give donations.
18:02And make us able to help wherever we are going.
18:09It shouldn't be that we go to four places
18:11and help them in three places.
18:13It has happened to us that we are taking things,
18:16we have gone to very remote areas,
18:17but it happened that suddenly
18:19we ran out of things and we came back.
18:21Then we will plan,
18:22when we go back next month, we will take the things.
18:25We appeal to our donors.
18:28And we always appeal.
18:29We keep getting calls in the call center.
18:32But still, it is an appeal.
18:33Call our donors.
18:35Call in the studio if you want to talk to us.
18:37You have to talk to us.
18:38You have to find out about our organization.
18:41So, call us here.
18:42Talk to us.
18:43We will tell you the real situation that we have seen there.
18:46We will tell you the prayers that they give you.
18:51So, this is the appeal.
18:52Call us and cooperate with us more.
18:55Absolutely, Mr. Fawad.
18:55We will continue to talk to you.
18:57You can ask me more questions.
18:58But I would like to take advantage of the opportunity
19:01to appeal.
19:02And some of our donors who cooperate with us,
19:06I would like to announce some names to motivate people.
19:12Mr. Zain has just told me that he has contacted USA
19:15and donated a ration pack for Ramadan.
19:18Thank you very much.
19:19May Allah accept this gift from you.
19:21And his relative, Mr. Zainuddin,
19:25who has contacted USA and donated a ration pack.
19:29Mrs. Samreen is also from USA.
19:32And she has donated five Ramadan ration packs.
19:35MashaAllah.
19:36May Allah keep her safe.
19:37And may Allah give her such blessings
19:40from the pure wealth that she has spent
19:43that it is beyond her imagination.
19:46When this reaches the rightful people,
19:49this is the prayer that people like us are giving.
19:51And when this reaches the rightful people,
19:53the prayer that will come out of their hearts,
19:55we are giving, right?
19:56The prayer will come out of their hearts.
19:58And when the prayer comes out of their hearts,
19:59the message that comes out of their hearts has an impact.
20:01Not wings, but it has the power to fly.
20:04So, for sure, we will receive the grace of Allah.
20:07Thank you very much to all the donors.
20:08The purpose of telling is just to motivate you.
20:13This saying is very famous,
20:16that if you give with one hand, the other hand should not know.
20:20It is absolutely right. This thing exists.
20:22But there is a meaning of a verse in the Quran
20:24that if you give in secret, it is still good.
20:26If you give in secret, it is still good.
20:29Yes, even if there is no intention of showing off,
20:31no intention of showing off,
20:32the intention is that if I give,
20:35maybe others will also be motivated.
20:36And if this movement increases on their side,
20:38then people will benefit, the creation of God will benefit.
20:41So, for sure, this is a very good and better action.
20:44I would like to appeal on my side once again
20:46that if you want your share to be included in the ration pack,
20:49for Ramadan, 75 US dollars.
20:52Apart from Ramadan, in other months,
20:5365 US dollars from your side.
20:55If a hand pump is installed,
20:57and the issue of water is so serious,
21:00we were talking yesterday, I would like to repeat it,
21:03that in many areas, viewers,
21:05this is not a fable, this is reality.
21:10We read in stories that
21:12humans and animals are drinking water from the same well,
21:16but this is reality.
21:17These things are present there.
21:19I will take a question to brother Fawad, he will tell.
21:21These are things seen with their own eyes.
21:23And our mothers and sisters also travel to get water.
21:27They travel a long distance to get water.
21:31And calling it water, may be an insult to water.
21:34It is far below the standard of life.
21:36Water is life.
21:37The fundamental element of life is water.
21:41Without water, there is no concept of life.
21:44If you look at the whole world,
21:45the most part of everything is water.
21:48If you look at the human body,
21:49the most thing that is present in the human body is water.
21:53Without water, there is no concept of life.
21:55And the condition of water there is so bad,
21:58that if you want a small hand pump to be installed in these areas,
22:02you will have to cooperate with 185 US dollars.
22:06Then you know about the construction of mosques.
22:08Mosques are a symbol of the glory of Muslims.
22:11When Muslims used to conquer a new area,
22:14the first thing they did was to construct mosques.
22:18These are the mosques from where the propagation of Islam is done.
22:22Where children learn the Holy Qur'an.
22:25They acquire religious knowledge.
22:26It also plays the role of a community center.
22:30Problems are solved here.
22:32Marriages are held here.
22:35There is a lot of work in the mosques.
22:37Especially the mosques that are present in the villages,
22:40a lot of work is done in them.
22:42In urban areas, this is being neglected.
22:46But in the villages,
22:48mosques have a central position.
22:51And God willing, once this mosque is built,
22:54it will be there until the end of time.
22:56As long as the children of the Oneness of God will be praying here,
23:00they will be calling out to their Lord,
23:02they will be glorifying Him.
23:04As long as the messengers of God will be sent from those mosques,
23:08you will also be a part of it.
23:10This is our belief. You also have to believe this.
23:12If you want a mosque to be built in such an area,
23:17you will have to cooperate with 9,500 US dollars.
23:21In Pakistani currency, it is around 30 lakhs.
23:26It is around 28 lakhs.
23:28It is difficult to build a 100-room house.
23:30But they have made a legend of this.
23:34They have links and they make things together.
23:37It is a very small amount.
23:39A mosque is being built.
23:41And this is not a red line that you have to give 9,500 US dollars.
23:44I will ask Fawad.
23:46This is for your convenience.
23:48If you have a capacity of 1,000 US dollars, you can give it.
23:52Your share will be included.
23:54The details of the account are there.
23:56Our IBN numbers are there.
23:57The bank details are there.
23:59You can contact our representatives.
24:01You can transfer money online.
24:02You can send money through Banker's Check.
24:04You can go to our website.
24:05You will see the portal in front of you.
24:06Click on it. The MasterCard is also acceptable.
24:08The Visa Card is also acceptable.
24:09You can be anywhere in the world.
24:11You can send us your donations on one click.
24:15God willing, with complete honesty,
24:18honesty and credibility,
24:20God willing, the money given by you will be spent
24:23and their rights will be fulfilled.
24:24Fawad, I said the right thing.
24:279,500 US dollars is for those who want to build the mosque themselves.
24:31And if someone does not have the capacity of 9,500 US dollars,
24:34can he break this amount and give it?
24:36Absolutely.
24:37If you can give 10 dollars,
24:40then call or go to the website and donate 10 dollars.
24:44For any purpose.
24:45If you want to donate for water, charity,
24:48for food or for iftar,
24:51if you want to donate in any way,
24:54even if it is 10 dollars, 20 dollars or 15 dollars,
24:57whatever amount you can give,
24:59call us and for donations,
25:01obviously, our agents are sitting in our call center.
25:04Fawad, tell us about the situation of the mosques there.
25:07Your own experience.
25:09I don't have to go that far.
25:11Obviously, you are present or your representatives are present.
25:13I remember a lot of things that you said about the mosques and the situation there.
25:20I remember a lot of things.
25:21Let me tell you one more thing here.
25:24We think that because of floods or earthquakes,
25:28people have been displaced and the land has been destroyed.
25:31There are other reasons that we don't know about.
25:33We are in the cities and we don't know.
25:35News agencies only give one-liner news
25:39that because of the cut-off of the river, so many villages have been washed away.
25:42Believe me, there are such cases.
25:46Because of the cut-off of the river,
25:4750 acres of land has been washed away.
25:52There were mosques, houses and lands on which agriculture used to be done.
25:58Believe me, because of this, there is a huge area,
26:03in Punjab and in Sindh,
26:04there is a huge area where mosques have been destroyed
26:09or people have been displaced.
26:11Not only the houses have been destroyed, but the mosques have been destroyed.
26:14And then, obviously, we are all Muslims.
26:19We have a connection with prayer and fasting.
26:22So, they try to talk to us first that we will give you the land.
26:26We are donating the land to you.
26:28They make a mosque for us.
26:30They say, make a mosque for us.
26:31We don't have food or water.
26:34We are trying to give you this much land.
26:36Make a mosque for us.
26:38We will maintain it.
26:39And it has happened that we have made mosques for people.
26:42People have maintained it in such a way,
26:44that if it is hot, they put solar plants there.
26:52And they have fulfilled all the requirements there.
26:56We gave them the mosque that we could afford.
26:58They fulfilled all the other requirements
26:59and made it a good big mosque.
27:02I saw another incident a week or two ago.
27:06We made a big mosque.
27:07It became a mosque.
27:09And people there are taking it to the extent of Dar-ul-Umm.
27:15They are making more rooms there.
27:16The students are living there.
27:17The same people, the same children who were displaced,
27:21are now being admitted there as students.
27:24They are being given admission.
27:25And, by the grace of Allah, they are starting Dars-ul-Tadrees of the Holy Qur'an there.
27:29So, they are giving all this effort.
27:31It is not that if we make a mosque and come,
27:33then the matter is over.
27:34They are also giving all their efforts to maintain it.
27:37Okay, because you go there and do charity work.
27:42So, you get happiness from it.
27:44As soon as our control room tells me that
27:46this call is also from a donor,
27:49I feel happy standing here.
27:51How happy you will be when you go there.
27:53Mukhtiar Daimi has contacted USA.
27:56And a large hand pump has been donated to him.
28:01Inshallah, we will install it in a place where there will be a lot of need for it.
28:07It will be installed from the side of Assas.
28:09I would also like to know about water.
28:12Because I know that people are more touchy on this.
28:16They know who has a connection with Pakistan.
28:18They are touchy on this.
28:18They know about the condition of food and water in Pakistan.
28:22So, I saw your eyes in this regard.
28:24Tell us about some incidents, tell us about the situation there.
28:27Sir, I can only tell this about water.
28:29We just came back from a survey in Bannu.
28:33In Bannu.
28:34We did not know that there are some areas in Bannu where there is no water.
28:40This is shocking for me as well.
28:42We went to Sindh, Punjab and we also went to Balochistan.
28:46When we went to KPK, it was shocking for us as well.
28:50But when we went there, we saw the real problem.
28:53That is a mountainous area.
28:55When there is no water there, drilling is very difficult.
28:59And it has to be done in a very deep area.
29:01That is why other organizations and people are not able to go there.
29:06So, when we met our volunteers and our partners there,
29:12we also tried to get more help there as soon as possible.
29:16And Alhamdulillah, we installed many pumps and made mosques in Bannu.
29:24And we are trying to help all the areas in Pakistan
29:29where there is a shortage of water.
29:31And believe me, there is a huge shortage of water.
29:33It is not that we come from interior Sindh and there is a shortage of water here.
29:37There is a huge shortage of water in Balochistan as well.
29:39And there is a shortage of water in South Punjab as well.
29:42And when we went to KPK, we realized that there is a shortage of water there as well.
29:47So, we are doing a lot of work for this.
29:50And without the help of donors, without the donations of donors,
29:55without your cooperation, we cannot do this work.
29:58Our entire effort is that whatever cooperation you are doing,
30:01we should use it in the right place in the right way
30:05and put it in the service of people and facilitate people.
30:09Whether you are giving it for water, whether you are giving it for mosques,
30:12whatever donations you are giving us,
30:15our entire effort is that we should go to the right place
30:18and give it to the right people and bring it to the right place for use.
30:22Mr. Fawad, it is surprising for me as well that there is a shortage of water in Bannu.
30:26And I think, I am an intellectual,
30:30that I know these incidents, I know the geography of Pakistan,
30:33where there is water, where there is drought,
30:35where there is mining, which we have studied in Pakistan.
30:39But it is surprising for me that when we came to our senses
30:42and we used to listen to the news on television,
30:44one news used to be that there is a chance of rain in the Malakand division.
30:49Now, Bannu is in the Malakand division,
30:51and there is a continuation of rains and snowfall there.
30:55There are rivers, streams and waterfalls.
30:58And there is water on the sides of the mountains,
31:00and it spills from somewhere, like a spring.
31:02So, it flows and people who go to KPK, they see these things.
31:05So, it is surprising for me.
31:07Now, see, this is the difference between an individual and an institution.
31:10If I have to do any work of providing water, I will go to Interior Sindhi,
31:13because I have a thought in my mind,
31:15either I go to Thar or Balochistan,
31:17or in Balochistan, there are the mountains of Koh-e-Salaman,
31:20or the population of Makran-Kosal highway, I go there.
31:25I could not even imagine that there would be a problem of water in Bannu.
31:29You just told me that there is a problem of water in Bannu.
31:31So, this is the difference between working under an institution
31:34and working as an individual.
31:37Now, if someone has to get his treatment done,
31:39there are 8000 types of diseases in the world.
31:42So, if he goes to a hospital, to a doctor,
31:45he might know 100 or 200 diseases,
31:47but if he goes to a hospital, there are 50 departments.
31:51There are 10-10 doctors in every department.
31:54So, his disease will be detected somewhere,
31:56and then the treatment will be done for him.
31:58So, I think this is also a disease.
32:00Yes.
32:01And people are the victims of problems.
32:05Until we diagnose it, we cannot treat it.
32:08So, it is very important for institutions to diagnose it.
32:11Absolutely.
32:12You diagnose it, you appeal to people,
32:14people cooperate with you,
32:16and this good deed continues.
32:18Tell us about the experience of Iftaris
32:21during the month of Ramadan.
32:23I know that Iftar is celebrated in different places throughout the year.
32:27I think you celebrate it near hospitals.
32:30And in Shahraun and Chowk.
32:32We celebrate it all over Pakistan.
32:34But I would like to know about Iftaris in particular.
32:37What is the experience like when Iftar is celebrated
32:40and people sit on it?
32:41There must be children, old people,
32:43and some children who do not fast,
32:46but still they sit on the desk.
32:48So, what is that experience like?
32:50Please make us realize it.
32:51During Iftar, because we ourselves are visiting
32:54throughout the year, especially during Iftar,
32:57we visit those offices ourselves
32:59for quality checking
33:00and to see all the matters
33:03to see if they are being done properly or not.
33:05So, during Ramadan, especially during Iftar,
33:10we get to see such faces.
33:12Believe me, on one hand, we are very happy
33:16that Alhamdulillah, we are helping these people.
33:19And on the other hand, we are also very sad
33:22that we are not being able to serve them as much as we could.
33:25This was only till Ramadan.
33:26This was only till Iftar that we are being able to serve them.
33:29So, many such incidents, many such faces
33:33come to our mind immediately during Iftar.
33:35Because we are present during Iftar every year.
33:38We are present on the streets, in different areas.
33:41Last year, Alhamdulillah, we did Iftars for around 50,000 to 70,000 people in Pakistan.
33:4750,000 to 70,000?
33:49Yes, 70,000.
33:51And Alhamdulillah, this time, our intention is to do Iftars for around 1,00,000 to 1,20,000 people.
33:57And in the whole of Pakistan.
33:58We are not just limiting it to Sindh or Karachi.
34:02No, we are visiting the whole of Pakistan.
34:04We are taking locations in the whole of Pakistan.
34:07We are trying to reach out to our volunteers and partners wherever we can.
34:11We are trying to do Iftars there as well.
34:13And we are trying to open Iftars for people there.
34:17And we are also getting rewards for this.
34:19And we are trying to give rewards to the donors as well.
34:20And we are trying to become a means for this.
34:22So, we are trying our best to do Iftars in the whole of Pakistan.
34:26And we are appealing to you all as well.
34:28Because Iftar is just the beginning of Ramadan.
34:30So, before Ramadan,
34:34try your best to donate as much as you can for Iftar.
34:38If we get these donations as soon as possible,
34:41it will be easier for us to plan
34:45how many people we can do Iftars and where we can do it.
34:49Our teams will do the estimation.
34:51So, this is the appeal.
34:52Try to donate as much as you can for Iftar.
34:56And do it now.
34:57Try to do it today or tomorrow.
35:00You can get motivation just like
35:02we got donations recently.
35:07And we made announcements as well.
35:08This is just for your motivation.
35:12I would like to say that
35:15you are calling us on the hotline for donations.
35:21You can call us in the studio as well.
35:23You can talk to Mr. Imran.
35:24You can talk to me as well.
35:25You can ask us for information about other operations.
35:30You can ask us for information.
35:31And when you call us,
35:33people will get more motivation.
35:36They will say that they are getting calls as well.
35:38So, why don't I make a call as well?
35:40I can give $10.
35:41I can give it to anyone.
35:42So, you must call us.
35:44All the viewers who are watching and listening to us,
35:48try to make a call in the studio.
35:50And talk to us.
35:52We will share more details with you about this.
35:55Absolutely. People are calling us.
35:58Feroz Wadewala has called us.
35:59Ashraf Durrani has called us.
36:01Both of them have contacted the USA.
36:03Feroz Wadewala is being paid in the form of Zakat.
36:07He has given some of his Zakat to the Assaas Foundation.
36:12And Ashraf Durrani, who has contacted the USA,
36:16he has donated his food for Iftar, if I am not wrong, yes.
36:19He has donated his food for Iftar.
36:22He has also donated a 4-meal package.
36:25May God give him the best reward for this.
36:29And as much as possible.
36:31And he will definitely give it.
36:32I have never met anyone in the world who has told me
36:35that his financial situation has worsened because of charitable work.
36:39Because of charity work,
36:40charity work, charity work, donation work,
36:43I kept increasing it and my financial situation worsened.
36:45I have never met anyone like that.
36:47I have found happiness.
36:48And I have found it in a much better condition than before.
36:51And I have always seen an increase in his wealth.
36:54I have never seen such a thing in my personal capacity.
36:57Viewers, we are nearing the end of the program.
37:00This segment of the program is still going on.
37:02It is a special teleconference.
37:03It will continue with the Assaas Foundation.
37:05But I would like to appeal to you once again
37:08that whether you are concerned about water,
37:11whether it is about building a mosque,
37:13whether it is about providing food,
37:15whether it is about making people fast.
37:18If you want to cooperate in this regard.
37:20And look, I want to tell you one thing.
37:23The different packages that we tell you,
37:26the purpose of this is that
37:28you do the work that your heart is attached to.
37:33When we go to a shop,
37:35we tell them to take out a black suit.
37:38If another shopkeeper comes, he takes it out and gives it to him.
37:41He says, no, no, let it be. I am fine.
37:43So everyone has made a mind of their own.
37:45So there are different things for this.
37:47There is a need for everything.
37:49There are a lot of things there that they are in need of,
37:53that they need.
37:54Now, whatever your heart is filled with,
37:56whatever you are able to relate to,
37:57whatever you are able to connect with,
37:59you can donate to that.
38:00If your heart is filled with water,
38:01if it is about building a mosque,
38:02if it is about fasting,
38:04if it is about providing food to people at home.
38:06These are the four departments that we are talking about today.
38:10But apart from this, the other departments of the Assaas Foundation
38:13are also active throughout the year.
38:17Whether it is the department of women's empowerment,
38:19the students and students are also provided with scholarships.
38:22Scholarships are given to the students.
38:24Uniforms and books are given to the students.
38:27Then Eid gifts are distributed.
38:29I mentioned this yesterday that this is the department
38:32that I connect with a lot.
38:34I really like it when the children are given gifts of happiness.
38:38So the children are given Eid gifts.
38:40They are given clothes.
38:41Shoes are given to them.
38:43There is a gift of healing.
38:45Yesterday, he was with us and he was telling us
38:47that there is a wristwatch for them.
38:49Sunglasses are also present in the gift pack.
38:53So this is very good.
38:54Now, all the people who are listening to me,
38:57if not all, then 90% will relate that
39:00the families of small boys
39:02who are 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 years old,
39:05they do not use the wristwatch throughout the year on Eid.
39:08But they do it on Eid.
39:09They wear sunglasses.
39:10Then the girls hang their handbags on Eid
39:14and collect their Eid gifts and roam around.
39:16So there is a gift of healing for the girls as well.
39:18There is ketchup, ponies, clothes, henna, chocolates,
39:22which we distribute to our children at home on Eid.
39:25So this is also a very good department.
39:27Then there is the department of water.
39:28Then there is the department of charity, Alhamdulillah.
39:32And in the form of charity, they are given things.
39:35They are given things with a lot of respect,
39:36with respect, with rest,
39:40that this is a gift for you from our side, from our pure wealth.
39:43May God accept it.
39:44In short, there are many departments.
39:46Even yesterday we were talking that the flood that was in Pakistan two years ago,
39:51many people have not been able to get out of it yet.
39:55They have not been able to get out of its devastation yet.
39:57Those whose houses were flooded,
39:58those whose cattle were destroyed in it,
40:01they have not been able to get out of it yet.
40:03There are many people who have been living in tents until today.
40:07So this is also a department.
40:08So whatever information you need,
40:12the studio numbers are available.
40:13Our hotline numbers are also available.
40:15You can call and contact us.
40:18Our offices are also available.
40:19Our website address is also available.
40:21If you want, you can come to our offices.
40:23You can meet our representatives in person.
40:26If you want to get information in any department,
40:29you can definitely get it.
40:30Inshallah, our representatives are available for your guidance.
40:33Then you can donate in whatever you feel like.
40:36There is no restriction in this.
40:37And as much as possible, you can do it.
40:40You can do it with $1, you can do it with $10,
40:42you can do it with $10,000.
40:45Mr. Fawad, what message would you like to give to the viewers?
40:48What are the overall conditions there?
40:51Is it a temporary, part-time thing for us
40:54that we just have to do something?
40:56Or is this the time when we have to do a lot of things there?
41:01And people are very worried.
41:03As they say, modern problems require modern solutions.
41:06Since there are a lot of problems,
41:08there must be a lot to be done to solve them, right?
41:11I was talking about this yesterday and the day before yesterday as well.
41:14There are really a lot of problems.
41:17There are countless problems.
41:18It's not just that we have to give them water,
41:20it's not just that we have to give them food.
41:22Believe me, they don't even have a house.
41:24The floods that you mentioned, the floods of 2022.
41:27Because of the floods, many people are displaced,
41:31they live in huts, they have to be given shelter homes as well.
41:33We are doing all this work, Alhamdulillah.
41:35We are providing shelter homes to families.
41:38We are providing water, we are providing food.
41:40We are helping in many other ways.
41:42But I will say the same thing that I said yesterday and the day before yesterday.
41:46There is a lot to be done.
41:48There is a lot to be done.
41:50We are doing it with your help, but there is a lot to be done.
41:53And there are many other places that we have not been able to explore.
41:59We have not been able to go any further.
42:01Because the roads are so difficult.
42:03Believe me, sometimes we are in a car, sometimes we are walking,
42:07sometimes we are on another vehicle,
42:08sometimes we are going ahead with someone's help.
42:11Sometimes we are going by boat.
42:13Sometimes we are going by boat.
42:16So there are many problems and it is very difficult to reach many locations.
42:21So wherever we can go with our resources, we are helping them.
42:26And then the last message is that there is a lot to be done.
42:30You can donate as much as you can.
42:31You can donate in any way.
42:33Believe me, we will try our best that the donations you are giving us,
42:37the charity that you are giving us,
42:39we will use it in the right places.
42:41And we are trying to facilitate all the people.
42:45But obviously, we will try to facilitate as many people as we can.
42:51Absolutely.
42:52And you said that last year the rate was from Rs 50,000 to Rs 70,000.
42:57And this time it is from Rs 100,000 to Rs 120,000.
42:59Almost double than last year.
43:01So it is very good that your rate of progression is very good.
43:06And this is definitely not possible without the cooperation of people.
43:09And I would like to say this especially to the viewers.
43:12Our overseas Pakistanis,
43:14prayers come from the heart, at least from my heart.
43:17And I am speaking from my heart.
43:18This is not a wordplay.
43:19Don't think that we are just in the studios,
43:24the camera, lights, and we are going on air, so we are saying this.
43:27I am saying this with all my honesty and sincerity
43:30that our overseas Pakistanis play the role of backbone for Pakistan at this time.
43:36They are backbone.
43:37And because of them, many parties of Pakistan are active.
43:40One of those parties, like our foreign remittances,
43:42you know that if there are no overseas Pakistanis,
43:44then perhaps Pakistan will collapse.
43:46So, in the same way,
43:47there is a very big part in these charitable organizations.
43:50In fact, I would say that the biggest part is our brothers and sisters
43:54who are outside the country.
43:55You are away from the country, but I know that your hearts beat with us.
43:58You feel more about the problems of Pakistanis than we do.
44:03We, the people of Pakistan, may be a little different,
44:07but you never do this.
44:09Ever since I came to my senses,
44:12the first earthquake was probably on October 8, 2005.
44:16In that, we saw that in 2011, when I was a student at the university,
44:20we also took part in charitable work.
44:22And then there was a flood in Pakistan for two years.
44:25Then after that, there was an earthquake in Pakistan.
44:28The flood continued for many years in Pakistan.
44:30In addition, there were other disasters as well.
44:32There was a flood in the lake.
44:34At every opportunity, we saw that the people who played a role in Safia Wolk,
44:39they were our overseas brothers and sisters.
44:41So, once again, we hope that your cooperation will continue.
44:45And the work that is being done by the Assas Foundation
44:48and by other people, God willing,
44:49will continue in a better way than before.
44:51One more overseas is our sister, Fahima Khan,
44:54who has contacted the USA
44:56and a small well has been co-operated with her.
45:00In an area where clean and clean water is not available,
45:04this well will be dug and water will be provided.
45:07As long as people will benefit from it,
45:09God willing, our sister, Fahima Khan, will continue to benefit from it.
45:13So, this is the thing that gives us a lot of courage.
45:16This is a segment of 40-50 minutes.
45:18We receive continuous calls in this.
45:21We are able to take the names of a few people.
45:22So, it gives us a lot of courage.
45:24We feel that some of us are also participating in this.
45:27And we feel happy that this is a good deed.
45:30Transmissions continue to run.
45:32Different programs continue to run.
45:33But when we are in this segment,
45:35we are able to attain inner satisfaction.
45:39We are able to achieve that.
45:40Anyway, this segment of the program is coming to an end.
45:43I would like to thank Mr. Fawad a lot
45:46for taking the time to come here.
45:49You are on the field during the day.
45:51And this is your responsibility at night.
45:54So, it is very good that you are neither watching the day nor the night.
45:57This will also raise people's confidence
45:58that these people are not only present in the first row,
46:02but they are also working in the back end.
46:04And now, they are also present on the screen.
46:06Thank you very much. It was very nice to have you here.
46:08It was very nice to talk to you.
46:10Viewers, the program is still going on.
46:12And in the next segment of the program,
46:14our co-host, Mr. Adnan Khalid will join you.
46:18Along with him, Mr. Fahad Hussain is also a young worker.
46:22He is young and motivated.
46:24He will also be a part of the program, God willing.
46:27So, this segment of the program is coming to an end.
46:30And before leaving, we would like to request you
46:33to stay with us as much as possible.
46:36We will be in touch with you again, God willing, the day after tomorrow.
46:41But I hope that this voice of ours will continue for the next 47-48 hours.
46:47You will continue to be a source of information for us.
46:50My publications will be discontinued for a while,
46:53but our hotline numbers will remain open.
46:55Our account details will be available on the screen and on our website.
46:59And God willing, we will continue to cooperate with you.
47:02This segment of the program is coming to an end.
47:04I would like to request my guest, Dr. Imran Wadood,
47:08that may God grant you such an upliftment,
47:11such a height, that you will never fall.
