00:00They say that the loss of fish in Old Balarat in Quezon City is already a test against dengue.

00:07The barangay is studying how to do this again.

00:13What they eat is fish, eggs, and mosquitos.

00:23Almost 50 percent of cases of dengue were reduced.

00:28They were able to clean up, especially those who can handle mosquitos.

00:33Especially, Quezon City has a dengue outbreak,

00:36where less than 10 people have recovered from the disease.

00:40In Barangay Admission Hill in Mandaluyong City,

00:43more than 40 people have recovered from dengue since January.

00:46Two of those who recovered from the disease are 14-year-old Shantelly Tordillo.

00:52His family thought that his disease was just a simple flu.

00:57But he was not able to go home from the hospital.

01:00When he was in the hospital, blood was coming out of his nose.

01:03He was sucking blood.

01:05His kindness and happiness were only returned by his grandmother, Lorena.

01:11If we could, we hope that he will get better.

01:14Because we will do everything for him to get better.

01:17But we don't know that...

01:19Barangay Admission Hill will launch the Mike Pizzo program in the mosque.

01:24What our residents will do to get their involvement is,

01:28they will bring us any living, dead or even living critters

01:36that we will exchange for at least five pieces of wood in exchange of one peso.

01:41If they are still alive, they will be sent to the so-called mosquito death chamber.

01:46They will stay there until they touch the ultraviolet light.

01:51The Department of Health already received the news about this.

01:54Although they are happy with the initiatives against dengue,

01:58they gave a reminder.

02:46One hundred seventy-five cases of dengue have been reported in the city.

02:50Eight more places are declaring that they have dengue outbreak, according to the DOH.
