A woman who ordered two dresses online was left devastated when the garments turned up and looked like "pieces of cloth".
Theidi Kale, 21, from Johannesburg, South Africa, ordered a corset-style dress and sequin gown from online retailer Mifulan in November last year.
Theidi spent roughly £105 (R2,500) on the order including shipping and custom fees.
She had planned to wear one of the dresses at Miss Royal Regents South Africa beauty contest.
