00:25In a resolution prohibited by the Commission on Elections or COMELEC during the election period,

00:35bullying related to HIV status, discrimination, and other gender-based harassment,

00:41discrimination towards relatives, labeling, and others are prohibited.

00:45Labeling where red-tagging or accusing a person or group of being an activist or subversive is also prohibited,

00:53as well as accusing their terrorist or criminal group even if there is no evidence.

01:06The campaign is not the reason to bully some groups, some sectors, especially the members of the vulnerable sector.
