A planned press conference between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and U.S. envoy Keith Kellogg was canceled Thursday in Kyiv at the request of the U.S. delegation, Ukrainian officials said.
The cancellation comes just a day after Donald Trump called Zelenskyy a “dictator” and criticized his leadership. Kellogg, Trump’s envoy for Ukraine and Russia, was in Kyiv for talks as questions grow over U.S. support for Ukraine.
No reason was given for canceling the event, and the U.S. delegation has not commented.
