00:00This did not work well in Ukraine, neither in Europe as a whole.
00:04And I think that the direct consequence of that is that there's more understanding within
00:09the EU and Europe as a whole that Europe will have to take more responsibility in the situation,
00:15will have to defend itself and increase the defense spending, and will have to take more
00:21responsibility with what's going on in Ukraine.
00:24And at least some of the European countries are deliberating on the possibility of sending
00:30their peacekeepers to Ukraine, whether it's going to be under the NATO umbrella or in
00:36any other arrangement.
00:37And President Trump, although he stated that he's not sending U.S. troops to Ukraine, but
00:43he said he will not oppose European troops present there.
00:47So I think this is at least something that looks like a security guarantee.
00:51And if that happens, this will be a possibility for the future lasting peace agreement.
