00:00What did it feel like to get that call to be bringing what you do to Suits L.A.?

00:04That was surprising for me because, you know, you want to have it set apart and you want to

00:08have its unique identity. It all made sense. You know, I've read some of the scripts and

00:13I start work next week and I'm excited for it. Do you trust me or not? Yes.

00:18Stephen Amell is at the helm of Suits L.A. starring as Ted Black,

00:22a former New York prosecutor who built an L.A. law firm that specializes in criminal

00:26and entertainment law. His co-star Lex Scott Davis plays Erica Rollins,

00:31one of the firm's attorneys. What would you say is the thing,

00:34though, that separates this from the original show?

00:37I think because the backdrop is Los Angeles and because, gratefully, we get to film in Los Angeles,

00:44our access and resources to other talent being able to make guest star appearances and play

00:50themselves is wonderful. A lot of people have been talking

00:53about the cameos, that kind of thing. Is there a world where you could see

00:58M.M. hitting the streets of L.A.? I love asking me this question.

01:01I mean, do people want to know? I don't know.

01:04It's actively being written as we speak. That's the cool thing about this show.

01:12And so anything is possible at this point. Why not? I mean, it's not like she's not doing

01:20Also, too, here's the actual important stuff, is that when I actually watched the original show,

01:28she's great. Great.

01:29Her character's great. Yes.

01:30If her character was bad, she could be the Queen of England. I wouldn't care.
