00:18A woman in Muntinlupa City was unable to renew her vehicle registration because it was registered to Tabaco Albay on the 6th of the same month.

00:41When the LTO of Tabaco Albay was able to confirm her identity,

00:46an official receipt, Certificate of Registration, or ORCR, of her vehicle was passed for registration.

00:55The vehicle class is different, but the license plate is the same.

00:59The emission test from Legazpi is also the same, but the vehicle image is different.

01:05Your Kapuso Action Man went to LTO Region 5, explained by the Office of the Regional Director.

01:13The documents were completed at the Tabaco District Office and submitted to the Standard Registration Process.

01:21They did not see any problem, so their district office processed the renewal of the vehicle registration.

01:28The LTO investigated the duplicate registration.

01:32The PNP Highway Patrol Group and other agencies were happy.

01:35How did the identity theft happen in this type of problem?
