00:00I have a prostate removed in September, all good.
00:06So my most recent service was with my daughter, she was very poorly, she went into A&E, unfortunately
00:11in Birmingham, and we had the best experience there, they were very quick, very efficient,
00:16they were able to quite quickly solve the issue, notify what was wrong with her, and
00:22within a few days she was actually out.
00:24They did say that previously they've had younger children with the same issues as her that
00:28have been in for longer periods of time.
00:30That's a tricky question.
00:32I guess it might be my dad who had knee replacement surgery, and been taking him to and from hospital,
00:41physio and things like that, so I think it's just the care, you know, the staff are absolutely
00:45amazing, they couldn't have done enough for him really, so yeah, and it's that sort of
00:49the humour, you know, they're always having a laugh and a bit of banter with the nurses,
00:53and I think that's just what helps bring a bit of positivity to people who've had operations.
