00:12Good morning to our anchors, Ma'am Naomi, and to all of our listeners.

00:17This is our latest from the Weather Forecasting Center, BOSC Pagasa.

00:22Currently, the Northeast Monsoon or the cold wind from the Northeast is affecting us.

00:28We call this cold wind and it is affecting a large part of the Luzon.

00:34Particularly here in Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Aurora and Quezon Provinces.

00:41They will experience cloudy skies with rain.

00:47In Metro Manila and other parts of the Luzon,

00:51we expect cloudy skies with isolated light rains.

00:58Easterly skies will be affected in Visayas, Northern Mindanao, Sacaraga, and Davao Region.

01:04Cloudy skies with rain, thunderstorms, or what we call thunderstorms,

01:11is what we expect in the middle regions.

01:14In the western part of Mindanao,

01:18we expect cloudy skies with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms.

01:34Currently, we are not being monitored by typhoons until the next few days.

01:39We have a gale warning for our countrymen.

01:45If you see a sea vehicle, be careful, especially in the seaboards of the Northern Luzon.

01:50If the sea vehicles are large, we advise them to be careful.

01:57The waves can reach up to 5 meters.

02:02We expect that the waves will increase in the next few days

02:09due to the high-pressure system going to the right in the lower part of Japan.
